Townsend was originally arrested for multiple thefts. On July 10, 2011, Townsend broke into Subway through a window and attempted to steal the store’s safe by drag-ging it outside and also at-tempting to steal boats from Viola Marina with two other suspects.

Townsend is to serve su-pervised probation until June 16, 2019.

• Joel Lynn Michael Whisman pled guilty to tres-passing in the first degree. He was given a suspended im-position of sentence and 40 hours of community service.

On October 19, 2012, the Monett Police Department was dispatched for a suspi-cious vehicle on west Wis-hart. Whisman was found to have an air compressor that had been taken from a stor-age unit.

Whisman is to serve un-supervised probation until June 17, 2016.

• Jay Dean Williams, Eu-reka Springs, Ark., pled guilty to theft/stealing in March and was given a suspended imposition with five years supervised probation, 100 hours of community service, restitution and 30 days shock incarceration.

On March 22, 2013, Ball and Prier filed a report that $10,000 worth of tires were taken. Williams had the tires on his property and admitted to stealing them.

• Steven Gene Williams, Aurora, pled guilty to DWI-Alcohol as a persistent of-fender. He was given a sus-pended execution of a four year incarceration sentence.

On July 21, 2013, the Monett Police Department stopped a driver for crossing the inside and outside lane lines. Williams was found to have a blood alcohol level of 0.226 percent. Officers found two convictions of driving while intoxicated as a felony and six prior drivers’ license alcohol actions and convic-tions.

Williams is to serve super-vised probation until June 12, 2019.
