Supporting ExcellenceBartholomew Consolidated School Foundation’s Mission is to promote and support our community’s commitment to educational excellence for all learners.

In order to reach their full potential, we empower students and staff to further:    •  Achievement    •  Equity    •  Diversity    •  Innovation

Note from the President:The 2010 – 2011 school year was another very productive year for BCSF. During the year, the School Foundation received more than $680,000 in income to support students and their learning experiences. One example of the programs that BCSF helped to launch this year include Math on Minds, a program jointly developed between BCSC and BCSF, was implemented in 8 schools. This program increases the math proficiency of fourth graders who fall below grade level. Additional graphing calculators were purchased for high school students in need. This enables the students to take math and science classes which require a graphing calculator for successful learning and increases their chance for advanced educational opportunities.

A special thanks to all in the community who support BCSF through your time, talents, and dollars and to the BCSF Board of Directors for their outstanding leadership. Your efforts have moved us closer to ensuring that every student in BCSC has an opportunity to reach his learning potential which significantly increases his/her chance for a productive and successful life.Thanks!Brenda Pitts
