RCM REPORT MARCH 16TH
CRSC meeting March 16, 2014 Report: Chair Shawn H. : One more meeting till commitment is ended. Vice Chair : One more meeting till commitment is ended
CRCNA 28: We have been working on budgets and we will be voting on our logo in April. Please spread the word in your area about the Logo Contest and the Pancake Breakfast Kickoff Event. Both flyers are available on our regional website. In the spirit of full disclosure, please note that it is the intention of the CRCNA XXVIII committee to have a cookie jar full of condoms bearing the NA Logo available to addicts this year. These will be placed somewhere near registration, giving addicts a choice of whether or not they would like this swag. “We believe that the sooner we face problems within our society, in everyday living, just that much faster do we become acceptable, responsible and productive members of that society” is one of the excerpts of literature we are considering putting near the condoms. We have also decided as a committee to pass a “basket” at the main meeting. SIDE NOTE: Lots of conversation was had. Basically the consensus was condoms where a good idea but the original delivery system may need to change. Regional Delegate Chuck C. : A lot going on before the World Service Conference in April and Jayme and I will be trying to do a CAR/CAT workshop in all the areas. Facilitated CAR/CAT workshops in Off the Wall and Mile High areas and will attend the Boulder area in April. SEE ATTCHEMENT of 2014 Car-Cat Summary sheet H and I Stevie: Low on literature budget $250 PR Tawni: We do have service needs at our committees at this time and are struggling to keep up so I would like to ask that it be announced at your areas and any meetings that you go to. Please have anyone interested to contact me at the info below. Having people to serve on a project basis would be very helpful at this time for projects such as the State Fair Booth, 9 News Health Fairs throughout the Region etc…
Please encourage our members to get involved. Next CRSC PR Meeting:When: June 21, 2014 We will break our next meeting down as follows:PI Committee 1:00-2:00,PR Committee 2:15-3:15,H&I Committee 3:30-4:30
