    2.11-Levels of participation: There are basically four levels of participation for the airlines, which have agreements with ABACUS to display their availability in the system. An airline may participate is more than one level. The four levels of participation for the airline agreements with ABACUS system are:

    1-Full Availability (0) 2-Answer Back (AB) 3-Direct Connect Sell (DC) 4-Direct Connect Availability (DCA) 1- Full Availability: This is the lowest level of participation that airlines may choose to participate with ABACUS.

    1- Teletype message is sent to airline upon ET of the PNR. The airline will not respond with the Secondary RLOC is returned.

    2- The airline has 12 hrs may cancel the segment, without supporting reasons. However after the first 12hrs, the airline should honour the booking made. If the segment is cancelled after the first 12hs, the reasons should be given and such cancellations will be returned to the agent as a HX or US status code.
