    2.1Acknowledgement Letter

    Acknowledgement letter is a cover

    letter that were send together with

    the token/pin mailer. It indicates

    the corporate ID number, token

    serial number and other relevant

    information. The letter also act as a

    notification to RHB Bank that youhave receive the token/pin mailer.

    Please acknowledge on both Tokens

    and Pin Mailers Acknowledgement

    Letters and return a copy us via:

    2.2Before You Beginto use Reflex

    1. TokenToken is a device that will be used every time you need to log into Reflexsystem.

    2. Pin MailerThis is the default pin number sent by RHB Bank for first time activation ofthe token. Once activated, you are required to set your very own 8 digit pinnumber.

    3. Token Acknowledgement LetterThis acknowledgement letter provides as a notification to RHB Bank thatyou have received the Tokens.

    4. Pin Mailer Acknowledgement LetterThis acknowledgement letter provides as a notification to RHB Bank thatyou have received the Pin Mailers.

    2.3How to Activate & ChangeYour Default Pin Number

    1. Please ensure that your Token Serial Numberdisplayed at the back ofyour Token matches the number displayed on the front and inner pagesof your Pin Mailer. Each Token has a unique Pin Mailer.

    2. Open your Pin Mailer to view your 8-digit Default Token Pin Numberlocated on the right-hand corner of the Pin Mailers inner page.

    3. Press the REDbutton on your token.The word PIN will be displayed on the Token.

    4. Enter the 8-digit Default Token Pin Numberas statedin your pin mailer (as shown at no. 2).Token will show NEW PIN.

    5. Enter your new 8-digit Token Pin Number.

    6. The word PIN CONF will be displayed on Token.Re-enterthe New Token Pin Number forconfirmation.

    7. The Token LCD Screen will display APPLIonce you have successfully changed yourToken Pin Number.

    2.4How to Login

    1. At your Internet browser, please key in http://www.rhb.com.my to enterRHB BANK main page.

    2. Select Business Banking at the top of the page to go to Reflex main page.

    3. Click button to take you to the Reflexlogin page.

    4. At the Reflex Login page, enter your Corporate ID (as printed on yourAcknowledgement Letter).

    5. Enter the SignOn ID(User ID) e.g. Sysadmin1.

    6. Key in the 8-digitat the Token Passcode. Please refer below steps to getthe Token Passcode:

    a) Press the REDbutton on your token

    b) Enter your new 8-digit Token Pin Number

    c) The word APPLI will then be displayed at the Token LCD screen. Togenerate login token passcode, please press 1 on your token

    d) An 8-digit numberwill be generated by your Token and shown on theLCD screen

    e) Key in the generated 8-digit number at the Token Passcodefield

    7. Click button to proceed.

    Before you login, please ensure thatyou have taken the correct token.You may refer to the TokenAcknowledgement Letter to check onthe assigned token.

    Please note that Sysadmin1 and

    Sysadmin2 is preset by the Bank,whereas the other user(s) is/aredetermined by you. It is advisablethat all the tokens are labelledaccordingly to avoid any confusion.

    2.5First time Login -Terms and ConditionsAcceptance

    1. Once you have successfully logged in to Reflex page, you will beprompted with the Terms and Conditionson the usage of OnlineBanking. You are required to read and understand the terms andconditions. Once you agree, please click on to the Continuebutton toproceed to the next screen.

    2. Whilst the token passcode is still displayed on the screen, press theREDbutton once. As an added Reflex security feature, you will be ableto view a matching 5 digit host return code on the token.

    2.6FAQs on Reflex

    1. How to Change Token Pin Number

    Press the REDbutton at your token. Enter your current/existing Token Pin Number.The Token will display

    APPLI.

    Pressand HoldREDbutton until you see NEW PIN messageprompted up at your token LCD screen.

    If you want to changepin number: - Enter New Pin Number - ReconfirmNew Pin Number If you do not want to change pin number : - Press the REDbutton to turn off the token

    2. How to Unlock Token

    When you entered a wrong token pin number for the 1st time intoyour token, the word FAIL 1 will be displayed on the screen. You aregiven 3 attempts to enter the correct password.

    After the 3rd attempt (FAIL 1, FAIL 2, & FAIL 3), your token will thenbe locked and a 7 digit lock pin code will be displayed on your token.

    On your Token LCD screen you will see PIN LOCK message will bedisplayed.

    Prepare a letter on your company letterhead to request for the tokento be unlocked with below content:

    - Request to Unlock Token - Please state your REFLEX corporate ID, Token serial number - Please state your Token Lock Pin code

    - Please state your contact person- Please state your contact number

    - Sysadmin1 or Sysadmin2 to sign- Mail to:

    3. Tick the Check Box.

    4. Click to proceed.

    5. To authenticate your Subsidiary/Department, please refer stepsbelow:

    a. Press the REDbutton on your token and enter your 8-digit Token PinNumber. The word APPLI will then be displayed at the Token LCD

    screen. b. Please press 2, and then enter the Challenge Code into your

    Token.

    c. An 8-digit numberwill be generated by your Token and enter thisnumber at the token field.

    1. Login as Sysadmin1and under the User Maintenance tab, click UserGroup.

    2. Click Add.

    3. Key in a Code- System identification number for the User Group (anycharacter, minimum 1 character & maximum 20 characters).

    4. Type in the Description - minimum 1 character & maximum 20characters i.e : Inquirer.

    5. Select Rolefor your user.

    6. Select Statusas Active.

    7. You have the options to choose what type of modules your Inquirercan view. We recommend that you select Allthe Modules.

    8. Click .

    9. Tick the Check Boxof the accountyou wish your user to view.

    10. Click to proceed to next step.

    11. Click to send for approval. A message of Transaction(s) issuccessfully sent for approval. will be displayed. This indicates thatthe creation has been sent to Sysadmin2for approval.

    12. Click on to Logout.

    Creation of User Group is necessaryto determine the user functionaccess.Please add TWOGroups: Data Entryand Authorizer. Each token has to

    be assigned only one role.

    2. Click Transaction(s) Authorization.

    3. Tick the Check Box.

    4. Click to proceed.

    5. To authenticate your User Group, please refer steps below:

    a. Press the REDbutton on Sysadmin2 token and enter 8-digit Token PinNumber. The word APPLI will then be displayed at the Token LCD screen.

    b. Please press 2 and then enter the Challenge Code into your Token.

    c. An 8-digit numberwill be generated by your Token and enter thisnumber at the token field.

    1. Login as Sysadmin1and under the User Maintenance tab, selectUser.

    2. Click Add.

    3. Key in preferred User ID- minimum 6 characters and maximum 14

    characters (Can be Alphanumeric/Alphabets/Numeric) e.g.: USER01 /USER02.

    4. Enter User Name -the person who will operates/hold the token.The minimum is 1 character and maximum is 40 characters.

    5. Click onto the magnifying glass button and choose the Token IDto tagto the user.

    6. Select View Detailed Transactionor View Summary.

    7. Enter the Transaction Limit(For Data Entry/Reviewer/Authorizer).

    8. Select Activeat the User Status.

    9. Select the User Group.

    10. Tick the Check Boxof the Subsidiary/Department.

    11. Click to proceed to next step.

    Alert is a maturity report that displays your transactions (for

    transactions with maturity dates only), which are maturing during

    the next 7 days.

    1. Login as User. From the Main Menu bar, click Account Management,then clickTrade Inquiry andclick Alerts.

    2. The Alert page appears. The user is required to select an account fromthe drop down list and click Go.

    3. The system routes to Alerts Screen.

    4. Click the hyperlink at transaction number. The system routes therequest to the transaction details page, where user can view thedetails, history, contacts, attachment and correspondence related tothe transaction.
