How to check your Operating System version?

Go To ‘My Computer’ Icon and Right Click.
Click on ‘Properties’
Check for your Windows Version
Make Sure it’s Windows XP,7 or 8.
How to check your Internet Explorer version?
Go To Start Menu and Select Internet Explorer
Click on ‘Internet Explorer’
Go To Help Menu
Click on
‘About Internet Explorer’
Check that Internet Explorer Version is 8 or not.

If you do not have Internet Explorer 8 or higher

Click on ‘Download’
Now Configure all the ActiveX Controls Settings in Internet Explorer
Open Internet Explorer 8 and Go to Tools->Internet Options.
Click on ‘Internet Options’
Click on ‘Tools’
Go to ‘Security Tab’ and Click on ‘Custom Level.’
Click on ‘Custom Level’
Click on ‘Security’
Under Settings Go to Active X Controls and Plug-ins
LocateActiveX controls and plug-ins
Select ‘Enable’ for all the Options
Select ‘Enable’
Wherever Enable(not secure) is written Select Prompt
Select ‘Prompt’ where Enable (not secure)
Click on ‘Yes’
Click on ‘Yes’
Click on ‘Apply’
Click on ‘Apply’
Click on ‘Ok’
Click on ‘OK’
