Managing business

INFLUENCING & EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIP
OVERVIEW
This program has been designed with the aim of providing participants with a range of specific skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary to create an effective relationship and obtain desired results, without relying on the use of authority.Participants will develop a deeper ability to build rapport and empathy, and will be equipped with a greater range of influencing strategies and applications.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
The first day – Influencing – will focus on identifying and understanding what influence without authority means, and will also look at the analysis of current communication and influence styles for strengths and blind spots.
The second day - Effective Relationships - will focus on the DISC model, which provides a common language that people can use to better understand them and to adapt their behavior with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

Time management is one of the primary elements of personal development.It refers to the range of tools, skills and techniques used in order to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals. SHAZAM – SELF EMPOWERMENT
OVERVIEW
SHAZAM has been designed to ensure Individual energy retrieval and activation of abilities in time of difficulty, freeze or standstill. “Where do I get energywhen I have nothing left?” “Where do I refuel?” These are the core questions that each participant will be able to answer after attending the program.
LEARNING OUTCOMES
In SHAZAM participants will get firsthand experience of eight behavioral formulas for recovering and exploiting personal energy. Every participant will explore, through structured individual and team experiences, 32 different states of using personal energies. Participants, through a creative profiling, will identify and customize useful energy sources that are clear and adapted to each individual.

PRODUCT KNOWLEDGE

The objective of the course is to help the Buyers to understand every aspect of shoe making and to equip them with the knowledge and skills required to make better buying decisions. The course is facilitated by 5 highly skilled and experienced footwear specialists, and covers every aspect of shoemaking, from understanding materials, principals of design, shoe construction methods to various manufacturing processes.

Being an effective leader means adapting one’s own behavior to different situations and employees. The Situational Leadership model is a framework that helps participants to develop their employees by matching their leadership style to their employee’s needs. OVERVIEW
This course will provide participants with a useful way of developing people’s abilities and boosting performance. The course concentrates mainly on the conversation between the manager, who in this case becomes the coach, and the employee (coachee) by focusing on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves.
