Managing & developing selfCore value of this area: the managing and development area incorporates many aspects of people's professional lives, and aims to make them better. The courses are designed to develop key skills, techniques needed to increase their self-awareness and build personal impact, influence and effectiveness in dealings with themselves, their workloads and with others.

Managing business

Core value of this area: this area consists of a series of specific courses that will equip the participants with the know-how and skills to increase their every day job effectiveness and performances in their business area. Managing others

Core value of this area: since managers have many complex, interrelated responsibilities, this area is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and skills required to be an effective leader. INFLUENCING & EFFECTIVE RELATIONSHIP

OVERVIEW

This program has been designed with the aim of providing participants with a range of specific skills, behaviors and attitudes necessary to create an effective relationship and obtain desired results, without relying on the use of authority.Participants will develop a deeper ability to build rapport and empathy, and will be equipped with a greater range of influencing strategies and applications.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

The first day – Influencing – will focus on identifying and understanding what influence without authority means, and will also look at the analysis of current communication and influence styles for strengths and blind spots.

The second day - Effective Relationships - will focus on the DISC model, which provides a common language that people can use to better understand them and to adapt their behavior with others. This can be within a work team, a sales relationship, a leadership position, or other relationships.

Time management is one of the primary elements of personal development.It refers to the range of tools, skills and techniques used in order to manage time when accomplishing specific tasks, projects and goals. SHAZAM has been designed to ensure Individual energy retrieval and activation of abilities in time of difficulty, freeze or standstill. “Where do I get energywhen I have nothing left?” “Where do I refuel?” These are the core questions that each participant will be able to answer after attending the program.

COACHING

OVERVIEW

This course will provide participants with a useful way of developing people’s abilities and boosting performance. The course concentrates mainly on the conversation between the manager, who in this case becomes the coach, and the employee (coachee) by focusing on helping the coachee discover answers for themselves.

LEARNING OUTCOMES

Participants will mainly work on the the GROW model which gives a great framework for any coaching conversation, helping both the coach and the client. The GROW model alone can help tip the conversation from being merely a useful chat toward becoming a valuable and productive coaching session.

THUNDERSTORM

OVERVIEW

Thunderstorm focuses on the themes of teamwork, on mutual sharing and collaboration and on mutual, respectful behavior when it comes to relationships. By going through innovative and experiential activities, participants will learn how to truly work together and how to overcome barriers and resistance. Tools of communication and interpersonal relationship will be reshaped and applied, in order to work constructively and in the same direction.
