Anyone wishing to take photographs during the event must
complete the Photograph Log before doing so.
Hot food and drinks can be purchased at the Rugby Club, the bar will also be open at lunch tim
e. Tea/coee cakes available during
the afternoon.
Trophies and Medals will be awarded to all classes, including
separate Ladies & Gents. Juniors awards depending on entrance.

ay 2015The Director of Judges is responsible for the safe conduct of the shoot at all tim
es. Their decision in all matters is
nal and must be
obeyed. The Tournament Organiser has the right to exclude any
persons from the
eld for unreasonable behaviour.
All cars must be parked in the Rugby car park, please let the
Tournament Organiser know if you have special requirem
ents.

itted to set up their tents on the competition
eld from Friday afternoon strictly 4:00pm
onwards at own risk.
The cross hatched walkways from the waiting line to the back of the
tent area Must be kept clear at all tim
es.
We will have 27 targets hired from
Ten Zone Targets.1x M
etric 2 & 1x Metric 3 So EARLY ENTRY IS ADVISED.
The metrics 2 & 3 only have 4 spaces each so when full you will
automatically be put onto a waiting list and be notied.
For two longest distances one, 122 face. For two shortest distances, tw
o 80, 6 Zone faces for everybody, two faces will be shared by A/C & B/D. (See Figure 1)6 arrow

hen you reach the large underpass on the dual- carriageway, take the left hand lane upto the roundabout. At the roundabout turn left towards Batheaston. Avon Rugby is on the right.
From the South on the A36
follow the route through Batham
pton, over the narrow Canal bridge to the Toll Bridge over the river Avon (70p). Up the hill turn left the ground is on the left.
