Refusal will be treated as a positive result. Parents or Guardians must authorise drugs testing of junior archers on the entry form. Anyone wishing to take photographs during the event must complete the Photograph Log before doing so. Hot food and drinks can be purchased at the Rugby Club, the bar will also be open at lunch time. Tea/coɈee cakes available during the afternoon. Trophies and Medals will be awarded to all classes, including separate Ladies & Gents. Juniors awards depending on entrance. Team of 4 Mixed, 2 Recurve & 2 Compound which must include at least 1 Lady or 1 Gent no Juniors. No responsibility will be accepted by Bath Archers for any loss, damage or injury no matter how caused – entry implies acceptance of these conditions. Toilets available in the Rugby Club plus two portaloos on Äeld. Music will be played between scoring ends. Their decision in all matters is Änal and must be obeyed. The Tournament Organiser has the right to exclude any persons from the Äeld for unreasonable behaviour. All cars must be parked in the Rugby car park, please let the Tournament Organiser know if you have special requirements. Competitors are permitted to set up their tents on the competition Äeld from Friday afternoon strictly 4:00pm onwards at own risk. The cross hatched walkways from the waiting line to the back of the tent area Must be kept clear at all times. We will have 27 targets hired from Ten Zone Targets. 1x Metric 2 & 1x Metric 3 So EARLY ENTRY IS ADVISED. The metrics 2 & 3 only have 4 spaces each so when full you will automatically be put onto a waiting list and be notiÄed. For two longest distances one, 122 face. For two shortest distances, two 80, 6 Zone faces for everybody, two faces will be shared by A/C & B/D. (See Figure 1) 6 arrows in 4 minutes will be shot all day.
