LocationThe site is well located on Bayley Street in Stalybridge. The site sits within a predominantly industrial location opposite Tameside Council household waste recycling centre. Access to Junction 23 of the M60 Motorway is via A635 Park Parade, which links with Bayley Street. The main access point into the site is from Bayley Street. Stalybridge Station lies within walking distance on Rassbottom Street and benefits from regular trains to Manchester City Centre and beyond.
