Looking at the illustrations on the insideof the pamphlet which show childrenwho are wise, wicked, simple, andunable to ask:

Which of the pictures do you like best? Why?

Which child do you feel is depicted mostdifferently in the illustrations? Why mightthis be?

What common theme is depicted in thepictures of the wise child? How does thisdepiction relate to your understanding ofJewish values? How does it relate to ourcelebration of Passover and the Seder?

Describe what you think each artist is trying

to portray in the wicked child.

What do you think are the character traits ofsomeone who is wise, wicked, simple, orunable to ask?

Is it possible to find each childs oppositewithin the four children? Who is theopposite of the wise child? Who is theopposite of the simple child?

Is it possible to see these children asrepresenting different styles of learning(which might exist at different times evenwithin one individual)? What traits make upthese different styles?

Two of the illustrations specifically representthe children at the same table. What does itmean that they are all at the same table,
