CARLISLE UNIVERSITY - CAPE TOWN

BCE was extremely proud to host Carlilse U for the second time in South Africa. This year’s event was held In Cape Town at the popular Lagoon Beach Hotel.

The Carlisle University concept has proven to be extremely popular and successful for the foodservice industry across the globe. South Africa proudly hosted the event for the first time during 2017 in Johannesburg.

Carlisle University Cape Town incorporated detailed training on a wide variety of key products by experienced trainers. It also provided hands-on exposure to new products showcasing the latest innovations, designs and trends from around the world.

The event featured world renowned CFS Director of Culinary Training and Events, Jon Biegel, who offered industry insights and best market practices.

Carlisle U Cape Town was a resounding success and we are certainly looking forward to the next one!

NEW JUNIOR BRAND MANAGER – TABLEWAREBCE would like to welcome Bronwyn Shutt to our external sales team. Bronwyn will be fulfilling the role of Junior Brand Manager – Tableware.
