PLEASE INCLUDE THIS CHECKLIST AND THE FOLLOWING ITEMS WHEN SUBMITTING A NEW PROJECT TO BCWS.

Please submit all construction drawings submittals to Berkeley County Planning & Zoning, Attn: Catherine Taylor, 1003 Hwy 52, Room 126, Moncks Corner, SC 29461. All items are required with a first submittal unless noted in the item description. Always use the most up-to-date forms found on www.bcws.berkeleycountysc.gov.
