staged and sold in 60 days on average after staging.
This is 78% less time on the market.
According to this study, had those homeowners staged their house first before placing on the market, they could have cut their time on the market on average by 7 months, saving them over $14,700 worth of expenses such as: mortgage, utility expenses, etc.
