t is now accepted fact that Information is the vital source Iin developing activity of any society or nation. Really,

Computers as an “Information Technology” is bringing

revolutionary changes. Information Technology has been

creating an extra edge for the users in almost every field.

Right from businessmen to employees, executives,

housewives, students and shopkeepers everyone feels

the need of computer education.

Computers have started playing a vital role in our day to

day life. Though large number of students graduates

every year from various computer and other institutions,

yet there is a shortage of numerous computer

professionals in the nation. This is because the job

opportunities in the IT field are out numbering the skilled

professionals.

So, to realise the dream to become an “IT super power”, it

is very much required to take IT education to every section

of the society. Unless the end-users are educated in using

Projects Undertaken...

Gi has already been successful in a short journey of Tits service. We have already successfully executed

some big projects within last four years of service. The

main objective of this project is to provide “100% IT

Education for All”. TGi has decided to contribute the

computer education to the lacs of end-users till 2012 by

the help of its new fourth coming projects as:

1. Jharkhand Computer Literacy Campaign

2. U.P. Computer Literacy Campaign

3. Bihar Computer Literacy Campaign

4. Chhatisgarh Computer Literacy Campaign

5. Orissa Computer Literacy Campaign

6. Hariyana Computer Literacy Campaign

After getting good response in several projects, TGi took

up several state level projects for promoting IT education

in the unripe rural and urban areas. Thousands of

housewives, students and working people are benefitted

by this project, however we are trying to launch as soon in

the uncovered areas of different states. The above

projects are executed under the guidance of TCLP (TGi

Computer Literacy Programme).

Eligibility Criteria...

s this project mainly aims at creating computer Aawareness among the people, there is no age or qualification restriction. Anyone from school students to executives, employees, housewives and all who would like to give their future a new turn, can apply for this programme. Admission will be strictly on First Come, First Serve basis for limited seats.

TGi authorises only its TCLP divisions and its associate institutions for carrying out this programme, that has been mentioned in the advertisements from time to time.

Examination & Certificate Issuing Procedure...or each semester examination will be held in two terms of F100 marks of each. A student has to secure minimum

30% marks in each section for qualifying the terminal

examination. Terminal examinations will be held after

completion of each and every part of module. The students

who does not qualify in one sitting will be given one more

chance for appearing re-exam for the module he/she did not

clear by paying Rs. 150/- as re-exam charges. Under any

circumstances, the students who remains absent in the

exams has to pay a penalty of Rs. 100/-, no reasons for the

same will be fortified. The students can appear for the final

exam only after clearing all the module exams successfully.

No re-exam facility is available for the final diploma exam.

After completion of the course a final diploma exam will be

conducted by TGi. Students who secure 30% and above in

this exam will only be eligible for the certificate.

Batch and Centre Transfer...

student has to specify his/her batch timings at Athe time of registration and has to follow the

same timings for both theory as well as practical till

the completion of his/her course. But on certain

conditions and seeing to his/her problem, batch

transfer may be allowed once. So it is asked to the

students not to apply for batch transfer if the

condition can be tackled and keep this facility for the

time when he/she will be really in need of it. student can also apply for a transfer from one centre to Aanother if circumstances demands, by paying a transfer

General Instructions...

The prospectus must be read carefully and followed strictly otherwise the application will be rejected.

The last date of submission of application form must be strictly adhered to by all candidates. This is a totally first-cum-first-serve basis enrollment and no chance will be given to the candidates who fails to come on or before the last date.

Fees once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances.

In all matters concerning examination criteria, dates, procedures and results, the decision of TGi shall be final and biding.

Academic Rules...

Irrespective of age and position, the student is expected to maintain appropriate relations with the management and staff.

The students when asked to meet the management with parent/guardian, should follow the instructions strictly.

The management takes every measure for the good career of the student for which the student’s cooperation is needed.

The identity card endorsed by the centre should be present with the student within the institute premises.

The student should attend all the theory and lab classes regularly. If a student remains absent for more than 5 consecutive classes without any prior written information, shall be subjected to cancellation of registration. In such cases a student has to take readmission by paying a fine of Rs. 250/-.

Proper discipline has to be maintained within the Institute premises. A student found misbehaving will be restricted from attending the classes.
