Airport Transfers Airport transfers in Boca Raton are provided only on program arrival and departure days (Saturday, April 14 for international arrivals; Sunday, April 15 for domestic arrivals; and Thursday, April 19 for departures). Participants who elect to arrive or depart on days other than the program dates will be responsible for securing their own transportation from / to the airport.

If you have any changes or delays to your flight arrangements on the day of travel, please contact one of the PMT President’s Club event staff. This will ensure that ground transportation will be awaiting you upon your arrival in Boca Raton.

This stunning par-71 course plays 6,253 yards from the back tees. It features a variety of elevation changes and 12 surface acres of water, including a signature water feature designed by Hugh Hughes.

Intracoastal Kayak Tours

Your guide will take you on a wonderful tour to explore the famous Lake Boca protected waterway with its mangroves and beautiful architecture. Glide along with manatees and sea turtles in the two-person ocean kayaks. Perfect for beginners or experts.

Catamaran Snorkel Sail

Enjoy a four-hour snorkeling / sailing cruise from Boca Raton on a 55-foot state-of-the-art catamaran. Enjoy sailing, or jump in to swim or snorkel in the Atlantic Ocean (subject to weather conditions). Snorkel gear and crew to instruct are included.

Florida Everglades Excursion with Lunch & Shopping

Experience Florida’s “River of Grass," an expansive wilderness area that encompasses 2,500 square miles. Guests will view the wonders of the Everglades as they glide over the water in an airboat to explore the area while seeing alligators, turtles and exotic birds. Lunch will be included at a local restaurant followed by time for shopping at the specialty shops and outlet stores.

Best of Palm Beach

Take a tour of the beautiful Palm Beach area to learn about its rich history, architecture and all of its famous residents. The tour guide will bring you to Whitehall, the former home and current museum of Henry Morrison Flagler. Considered an industrial visionary, Flagler had friends like Henry Ford, and pushed the railroad through Florida while becoming business partners with John D. Rockefeller to found the Standard Oil company. You will enjoy lunch at a local favorite and have time to wander and shop through some of the famed Palm Beach streets.

Deep Sea Fishing

Sail in waters closest to the Gulfstream. This is a four-hour charter, complete with fishing equipment, bait and experienced captains. There will be six guests per boat so that all guests may participate.

Chef’s Tip to Tail

Join the Boca Raton Resort's acclaimed chef as he takes you through a seafood lover’s journey, starting with his selection of the freshest catch off the boat at the resort's pier. He will share secrets for preparing the perfect fish every time and demonstrate pairing a variety of dishes with wine.


Art Immersion in the Palm Beaches

Enjoy a narrated tour of Palm Beach while visiting some of its outstanding art museums. The Ann Norton Sculpture Garden has a wonderful history that was inspired by her global travels. The Norton Museum of Art houses the French Collection of impressionist and post-impressionist masterpieces; the American Collection features O’Keefe, Pollock, Davis and Shahn; and the Sculpture Garden Collection includes important pieces by Degas, Picasso, Moore and many more.

Day One: Sunday, April 15

Main Arrivals and Registration

Upon arrival at the airport, a Honeywell representative will greet you in the baggage claim area and escort you to the shuttle.

Once at the resort, check in at the main desk and proceed to the President’s Club Hospitality Desk to pick up your welcome materials. The hotel will take a credit card imprint for any incidental charges you may incur. Honeywell pays for hotel rooms during main program dates only, including all taxes, resort fee and tips for housekeeping and bell staff. All other nights are charged to the card you provide.

Lunch will be served from 12:00 p.m. – 1:30 p.m. (all attendees & guests)

The remainder of the afternoon is at your leisure to relax, unpack and enjoy the resort.

Suggested attire for business meeting is business casual. For gala awards dinner, formal wear including suits and ties for men; an elegant dress, skirts or pant suit for women. Wearing formal, traditional dress to represent your country or culture is welcomed.

Packing Tips

We hope the following information will make the chore of packing a little less bewildering and your suitcase a little easier to manage.

Luggage regulations vary from airline to airline, but generally each passenger is allowed three pieces of luggage (two checked bags and one piece of carry-on luggage) weighing no more than 50 pounds each. The carry-on bag must be no larger than 45 inches (length + height + width). If you decide to bring your golf clubs, please note that most airlines consider them to be a checked item. Please check with your airline directly if you would like more information.

Please refer to the suggested attire noted on the program schedule of events above to assist with packing.

Safety Precautions

• Remove airport tags from previous trips so they do not confuse busy baggage handlers.

• Keep a list of suitcase contents with you and pack an emergency contact list in your luggage. The list will speed any lost luggage claim procedure, and the itinerary may assist in the return of your bag.

• Double-check the airport tag(s) for your flight number and final airport destination code before your luggage goes down the conveyor belt.

• If your bag is damaged or tampered with during your trip, report it to an airline representative immediately.

• Leave a copy of your itinerary, a photocopy of your passport, emergency contact list, traveler’s check numbers and denominations, and the name of your insurance agent with a friend or relative in case of an emergency.

Carry-on Bag

You may want to pack your carry-on bag with an adequate supply of prescription medicine as well as a change of clothes and toiletry items for a 24-hour period in the unlikely event that your luggage is delayed. Your carry-on bag should also contain the items listed below and anything else you value or will need immediately upon arrival.
