Delivery ServicesWe provide free delivery services within our Free Delivery Zone.
For deliveres our of our Free Delivery Zones, please check with
our customer service for applicable charges. Nationwide
delivery for Hampers is available via courier service. Charges will
vary depending on the size and weight of your hampers. Please
note that a minimum fee of RM15 will be levied for redirection of
orders and 50% for cancellation of orders.
Non Availability of ProductsIn the event that any particular flowers or products are unavailable
at the time of your order, Giftseries reserves the right to substitute
with similar flowers or products at are either equal or higher in
value.
Delivery PolicyTimed deliveries are not available during peak season. Although
our team will always try our best to ensure punctual delivery for
our customers, Giftseries cannot be held responsible if a delivery
arrives late due to any circumstances impacting the availability
of the delivery service that we use or anything else outside of
our control.
Redirection & Cancellation Policy
Please note that a fee of myr 15 will be levied for any redirection
of orders. In addition, we impose 50% cancellation fees of the
total order value for Any cancellation of orders. It is your full
responsibility to ensure that your recipient is available to receive
the hampers when they are delivered. In the event that a delivery
has to be rescheduled or re-routed, a re-delivery fee will apply.
Customized OrdersWe provide specially customized flower arrangement for those
with special requirements, please let us know your budgetary and
design requirements and we will do our best to accommodate
where possible. Please note that Terms and Conditions apply for
customized orders.
Payment
All personal orders must be settled in full via credit card, bank
transfer or cash prior to delivery. All cheques should be crossed

CAN YOU MAKE THE ARRANGEMENT BASED ON OUR BUDGET?
To ensure the availability of the flowers, it will be better for the customers to place their orders a week in advance or the latest three days in advance. You can browse through our catalogue or instagram page to see which arrangement that you like the most. Once you had decided or if you have any particular request on the flower selection, please contact us directly to make the order.
HOW MANY DAYS BEFORE SHOULD I PLACE THE ORDERS & HOW TO MAKE THE ORDERS?
All the flowers in the catalogue or instagram page may not always available at all times. When one of the flowers in the arrangement is unavailable, we will substitute it with another flowers. But we will make sure, the color tone will still associate with the customer's preferences..
HOW ABOUT THE FLOWER AVAILABILITY??
We will delivery the product as per date requested by the customers. Delivery and shipping charges to your destination may vary depends on your location.
HOW LONG DOES DELIVERY TAKE & HOW MUCH WILL IT COST?

CAN WE PICK UP THE FLOWER INSTEAD OF USING THE COURRIER?
To maintain a fast and efficient delivery, please ensure that your recipient is present at the address provided to receive the flowers. Free delivery will only be
made ONCE. If it is unsuccessful, the flowers will be sent back to Artisan Bouquet and a notification will be sent to you.
MUST MY RECIPIENT BE PRESENT TO ACCEPT THE FLOWERS?

Changes to order details can only be made up until one (1) working day before the delivery date.

We accept all major credit cards (Visa & Mastercard) for payment. If you don’t wish to use a credit card, you can also use
