Indoor NavigationThe passenger arrives at the airport, opens the mobile application, and sets up his desired destination or flight number.

The iBeacon infrastructure in the airport and the mobile app communicates with the cloud platform, delivering his actual location and offers the best route inside the airport.

All the accessible locations and services will be presented to the passenger as an interactive map-based navigation interface.

Time-related and Location-based Pricing

The cloud-based platform can record, for each passenger, the time and the location where this person uses specific airport services, like Business Lounges, Relaxation rooms, Smoking areas and so on.

The services can be charged to each client in a customized manner, by time duration, by types of services and service packages or by an aggregate formula, even by applying variable prices, depending on the day, the hour or the occupancy degree of the airport space.


Service class validation

Passengers can be oriented to access the lounges, waiting areas or compartments corresponding to the purchased class of service.Passengers sitting in an area not corresponding to their purchased plan will be directly notified about the mistake and will be oriented to find their allocated locations.


Accessibility for disabled passengers

When arriving in the airport, passengers with special requirements (aged, visually impaired, people with disabilities or using wheelchairs) could use the mobile application to select the flight of their interest and to mention that they will need special assistance for boarding.

The airport employees will be instantly notified about this special situation and will know how to act. At his turn, the passenger can be oriented in which area of the airport to wait for boarding.
