2020.06 HighlightsWebApps 2.1▪ New apps to collect QC order results:

• QC by Sample, to input result of the evaluations by each sample.

• QC by Test, to input the result of a measurement for all samples.

• QC Transfer, to create stock transfer based on the QC results.

▪ Message to prevent users from using the SAP Pick List with SAP bin location warehouse.

Production▪ MRP now display the item version defined in

the Forecast.

NEW WebApps:QC by Sample

With this app you can select an open QC Order and provide the values of the testing by sample. Only open samples are available.

It is possible to add Blockage reason, Valuation reasons and define the Methodology in a separate popup window, and provide measurements directlyin the list view.

NEW WebApps:QC by Test

WIth this app you can select an open QC Order and provide the values of a testing for all samples. Only open samples are available.

In the Tests tab you can see the differenttests linked to the QC Order. If you select a test, the app switches to the Samples tab where you can specify the measurement value for all samples within that test.

NEW WebApps: QC Transfer

With this app you can select an opened QC Order and transfer its items from the QC warehouse to the release warehouse.

Identify the QC order, select a line from the list, and select the desired transaction to perform and save the document after adding all mandatory information.

Picking List SAP: SAP Bin warehouses are not supported.

You should receive a warning message inside the app in case you select a line for an item that is stored in an SAP Bin warehouse.

MRP now checks Item version defined in the Forecast

In Forecasts it is possible to define the item Version.

PAST: MRP did not check this Item Version.

NEW: Now the MRP reads the item Version.

Note: MRP calculates the saldo on Item level, not on Item/Version level.

Business Performance: Optimization of SQL Statements

Optimization for some queries in the Absorption Cost Report.Window bab_absorpt_wip2.psr

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Several queries are optimized. Now the calculations are significantly faster in this report. It now gives a highly improved filtering by dates.

Impact of these changes:Increase of calculation speed in these modules:- Abortion Costing: Considerable increase time and prevention of allocation memory error.- Import Production Activities (+3.72%):- Cost Calculate (+23%)- SBO Financial Import (+1%)

Search field for certain windows in HANA is now NOT case sensitive:

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: Now, the filtering in some windows is not case sensitive and finds the records whether they have uppercase or not in the field to be searched.

NEW FUNCTIONALITY: In the previous versions in SBO_TransactionNotificationwe had a call the "BEAS_transactionNotification" procedure and this call was always executed.

Now we add a validation to execute only if no previous error exist. In case there is a previous error, we don't execute the Beas procedure and we return the error directly.

The following functions are now available:

1. Window settings2. New "Search function"3. Rule check

Check authorizations that are linked to other authorizations.

NEW:Creating Purchase order is only allowed if the user has authorization for purchase request.

Window settings: Summary of string fields (with numeric fields) is now available

Now it is possible to activate the summarizing function for string fields as well, for example for UDF and template fields.

Note:The system converts the Text/String to a number.Comma and Point are allowed as decimal delimiter.If it's not a number or the field is null, the system ignores the line.

To Configure Company List by DI-API or Query

In beas.ini now you can configure to loadcompany list by DI-API (default) or by query to SBO-COMMON database.
