The company started with a small fleet of sailing yachts based in Kos Island in the Dodecanese and grew rapidly offering yacht charters throughout Greece. Istion Yachting launched the Catamarans Cup International Regatta in Greece, for the first time in October 2010. The Catamarans Cup is an international regatta combining a sailing race with a relaxing holiday week in the Greek islands. There are many side events, such as a special welcome for the participants on every island of call, fun competitions, awards and ceremonies, cocktail parties, beach BBQs, dinners and lots of fun! Experienced crews are welcome to charter a Cat while inexperienced groups can also take part in this unique experience by chartering one of our skippered catamarans. Even individuals without experience can participate by joining one of our open-crew Cats available in every Catamarans Cup.
