APPOINTMENT BOOKRealized in Outlook 2010 style with drag-n-drop functions (appointment dragging), cut/paste, fast edit employee, and view by room, employee, or both of them. Here you can enter your appointments. Colors allow you to quickly understand the appointment status (made/to be made). The appointment shows the customer name, the treatment, and a “Notes” field where you can enter annotations. You can send appointment reminders via SMS, print the Appointment Book in a graphic format, or as a detailed list by employee, room, or customer. The diary view is available: daily, weekly, and monthly.To underline that you will receive for each appointment “match” or control frequency automatic notifications / customers’ intolerances or diseases warnings / payments due notifications.

Starting from today it is possible to have a reception desk available on 24x7, when the phone and the employees are busy, and even during the closing time. The Online Booking module allows customers to book the offered services without being bound by the salon opening hours or by long queues at the phone. A PC, a Tablet, or a Smartphone connected to the Internet and it is a done deal. The customer, after entering the salon portal, can choose the date and the time to book the appointment and the software will confirm the availability or will communicate the free places immediately before and after. The appointment will be immediately visible in the Appointment Book, so there will not be overlapping appointments if in the meanwhile a user is making a reservation in the salon. Everything is managed in real time. It is easy, isn’t it?
