Job Opening - Full Time Office Administrator *Please Note, as per HHAC Policy, the successful candidate is required to be a member or be willing to become a member* Harvest Hills Alliance Church is seeking a Full-Time Office Administrator to provide effective and efficient administrative support for the church and it’s ministries. This position will be 40 hrs/week Monday-Friday with the potential for weekend/evening hours depending on church programming and events. The ideal candidate will have a heart for Harvest and it’s ministries, a minimum of 5 years Administrative Experience, strong verbal and communication skills with a sound understanding of Social Media and its functionali-ty, great interpersonal skills, the ability to work independently and in a team setting and the ability to demonstrate a high level of discretion when dealing with confidential matters. Applications for this position will be accepted until April 30, 2018. Target start date will be May 22, 2018. Children’s Ministries (Harvest Kids) SPRING SESSION CHILDREN’s CHOIR—The children will practice each Sunday from 10:25-10:55 in the Children’s Open Area, in preparation to share their love of music on Mother’s Day, May 13. Parents, it’s up to you to see that they arrive on time.
