Elected by the General Assembly

2 positions elected (Platform and GC)

Represents the underrepresented and minority opinion

$80 Stipend per month

PC serves as Chair and GC Vice Chair of Diversity Committee

Elected by the General Assembly

Significant time commitments

Treasurer Public Relations Coordinator Vice President President

Ensure financial policies are followed and manages travel authorizations

Chairs monthly Fiscal Committee meetings

Creates a budget proposal for the next fiscal year

20 hours per week

Works with Director of Communications to maintain effective communication network

Chair of the Editorial Board

20 hours per week

Chairs the Platform Committee

Research Policy issues

Assist with legislative and MnSCU Advocacy efforts

30 hours per week

Spokesperson of MSCSA to MnSCU, the legislature and the public.

Chairs Governing Council

Oversees the responsibilities of Cabinet, Executive Director, and all initiatives of MSCSA

40 hours per week
