Resident Facility Rentals The resident rate is available for party hosts currently residing in Bedford Park District Boundaries and whose residential property tax dollars are paid to the Bedford Park District. The host must sign the rental agreement and be present during the entire party. Our residents are entitled to two parties at the reduced rate per calendar year for indoor facilities. Residents may request facility rentals thirteen months in advance of anticipated events. May and June dates are reserved for residents until September 15th of the previous year to accommodate special Spring events.

Non-Resident Facility RentalsBedford Park District books banquet facilities one year in advance, to the month. If you are interested in hosting an event, you may contact us on the first business day of the month at 8:30AM in person or by phone. Interested parties who arrive in-person have priority over those calling by phone. We will hold a lottery for all party hosts that arrive by 8:30AM on the first business day of each month.
