Vendor Application Dear Vendor, McCoole’s Beer Festival will be conducted on Saturday April 28, 2018. The event is being held at McCoole’s Arts and Events Place next door to the Historic Red Lion Inn on the corner of Main and Broad in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The event hours are 3pm to 7pm. We are soliciting producers of fine crafts and services to exhibit and sell at the festival. The fee is $100.00 for an 8’ table and two chairs. If additional tables or chairs are required contact the organizers to make arrangements. If electric is needed an additional $50.00 is required. Vendors will receive 2 wrist bands that will allow them entry into the festival and up to 2 tasting glasses may be purchased for $20.00. Please note that no one under 21 will be allowed into the festival. If you are interested, please complete the enclosed application form and send your check to 4 South Main Street, Quakertown PA, 18951. Please make checks out to Main Street Arts & Events. Dear Vendor,

McCoole’s Beer Festival will be conducted on Saturday April 28, 2018. The event is being held at McCoole’s Arts and Events Place next door to the Historic Red Lion Inn on the corner of Main and Broad in Quakertown, Pennsylvania. The event hours are 3pm to 7pm.

Vendor Application

Terms of Participation for Vendors

• We will have security at the event however the festival cannot be responsible for any losses or damages before, during or after the event.

• Vendors are responsible for collecting Pennsylvania Sales Tax on sales made during the Festival

• The festival will be held outdoors with most vendors being located outside under tents– rain or shine. We will try to work with each vendor to make sure you are placed appropriately, but no specific placement can be guaranteed.

• The festival will run from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM. All vendors must be present for the entire event.

• Festival representatives will direct vendors to their locations between 11AM to 2:00 PM on Saturday, April 28, 2018. Setup must be completed by 2:30 PM. Festival goers will be allowed in starting at 3:00 PM.

• Each vendor will be given 2 wrist bands to signify that they are part of the event. Each vendor may purchase 2 tasting glasses, at $20.00 each, to participate in the beer tastings.

• Your table must be manned at all times throughout the event. You are responsible for providing personnel to man your table.
