Our business is our customer, not our

product or services. While we focus on

the merchandise in our store, or the

services our organization offers, we

cannot ignore the fact, that the most

important component is customer and

each customer is a different individual. If

you want to stand out from the crowd

and offer truly great customer service to

your customers, following ten tips will be

of great help.

Tip 5

Don't make excuses. If it's your fault,

say so. Don't try to blame it on the

customer, the circumstances, another

vendor, or the position of the moon in

the sky. It's amazing what a difference

it can make if you just say "An error

has been made, but I will make it

right". Your customer will see you a lot

differently if you don't make excuses.

Tip 1

There are two ways to fix every

problem. The immediate solution is

to take care of the customer, leave

him or her happy, and go on with

your day. Tip 4

Go beyond the minimum to make

your customers love you. If there's a

real problem, and you can do just a

little more to make a customer's day, Tip 7he or she is positively going to

remember it. You'll get a lot more Listen to your customers. Don't

repeat business and word of mouth assume you know what they want.

advertising if you deliver more than They may have some good things to

requiredsay, even if they're not experts.

Tip 3

Treat your customers with respect.

Treat them with dignity and not be

annoyed at them for interrupting your

day. This also means expecting them

to act like responsible adults. Too

many businesses believe that good

customer service means bowing to

the whims of every customer with a

complaint. This solves the immediate

problem of an angry customer, but

sometimes it's not for the best.

Acknowledge when there's a real Tip 6

problem that needs fixing and fix it

well, but don't let people walk all over Don't take it personally! This one's you. easy to forget because the customer

is directing their frustration at you.

However, the customer is angry about

the situation, not angry at you,

specifically. Taking things personally

just introduces anger into the

situation and makes it harder to fix the Tip 2 problem.

However, there's a reason this

problem happened. You need to

consider how to prevent it from

happening again. Your business will

be more efficient and you'll have

happier customers overall.

10Tip 8

Think about what you're promising.

It's easy to get carried away and offer

more than you can easily deliver. If

your business is racing from one

project to the next, you can't offer true

quality of service. Don't let this

happen. Always pay close attention

to what you're promising, and don't

let a customer talk you into the

impossible.

Tip 10

Get to the problem right away. No

one wants to deal with something

unpleasant, but if you let a complaint

sit, it's not going to get any better on

its own. Follow up! Call after a

problem's been dealt with, or after a

customer has received a particularly

big order, to find out how things went.

Don't try to sell anything during this

call or email. Just find out what you

need to know and wish your customer

a good day.

Tip 9

Allow the customer to feel like a

priority. Don't answer the phone while

filling out a spreadsheet - you'll sound

distracted. Spend the few minutes it

takes to really pay attention. Your

customers will know the difference

and the results will be worth it.

let a customer talk you into the

impossible.

Tip 10

Get to the problem right away. No

one wants to deal with something

unpleasant, but if you let a complaint

sit, it's not going to get any better on

its own. Follow up! Call after a

problem's been dealt with, or after a

customer has received a particularly

big order, to find out how things went.

Don't try to sell anything during this

call or email. Just find out what you

need to know and wish your customer

a good day.

Tip 9

Allow the customer to feel like a

priority. Don't answer the phone while

filling out a spreadsheet - you'll sound

distracted. Spend the few minutes it

takes to really pay attention. Your

customers will know the difference

and the results will be worth it.

Climate Change

I don't want my children to see the Earth die,

Without fish swim and without birds fly,

With no air for breathing, no water to drink,

When global conditions will make the land sink.

Author: Unknown

Contributed by Sushil Kumar C

HO

I don't want emissions to stay in the air,

To fill our lungs and to spread everywhere,

To cause global warming, submerging the land!

To stop all this mess we should lend our hand!

The nature is dying together with us,

We wouldn't exist here but for the green grass…

We must prevent nature from saying «farewell»-

In case it is dying, we're dying as well!

What could human beings` activities mean –

To make our planet one big rubbish bin?!

No matter that you may be only a teen –

It's never too early or late to be green!

To show our children the beauty of life;

To help polar bears and pandas survive;

To claim to the world that this talk should gain weight

Let's firstly take part in the global debate!

Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein,

Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.

Din Raat Daudti Duniya Mein,

Zindagi Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Maa Ki Lori Ka Ehsaas To Hai,

Par Maa Ko Maa Kehne Ka Waqt Nahi.

Saare Rishton Ko To Hum Maar Chuke,

Ab Unhe Dafnane Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Saare Naam Mobile Mein Hain,

Par Dosti Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.

Gairon Ki Kya Baat Karen,

Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Aankhon Me Hai Neend Badee,

Par Sone Ka Waqt Nahi.

Dil Hai Gamon Se Bhara ,

Par Rone Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi

Paison ki Daud Me Aise Daude,

Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Paraye Ehsason Ki Kya Kadr Karein,

Jab Apne Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Climate Change

I don't want my children to see the Earth die,

Without fish swim and without birds fly,

With no air for breathing, no water to drink,

When global conditions will make the land sink.

Author: Unknown

To show our children the beauty of life;

To help polar bears and pandas survive;

To claim to the world that this talk should gain weight

Let's firstly take part in the global debate!

Har khushi Hai Logon Ke Daman Mein,

Par Ek Hansi Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.

Din Raat Daudti Duniya Mein,

Zindagi Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Maa Ki Lori Ka Ehsaas To Hai,

Par Maa Ko Maa Kehne Ka Waqt Nahi.

Saare Rishton Ko To Hum Maar Chuke,

Ab Unhe Dafnane Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Saare Naam Mobile Mein Hain,

Par Dosti Ke Liye Waqt Nahi.

Gairon Ki Kya Baat Karen,

Jab Apno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Aankhon Me Hai Neend Badee,

Par Sone Ka Waqt Nahi.

Dil Hai Gamon Se Bhara ,

Par Rone Ka Bhi Waqt Nahi

Paison ki Daud Me Aise Daude,

Ki Thakne ka Bhi Waqt Nahi.

Paraye Ehsason Ki Kya Kadr Karein,

Jab Apne Sapno Ke Liye Hi Waqt Nahi.

Tu Hi Bata E Zindagi,

Iss Zindagi Ka Kya Hoga,

Ki Har Pal Marne Walon Ko,

Jeene Ke Liye Bhi Waqt Nahi........ .

TRAGEDY OF A

GIRL CHILDwhen a girl child is born, everybody begins to mourn.

everyone becomes quiet, at her first sight.

when she cries, to stop her, no one tries.

she wonders! what is going on,

where her family's smile has gone?

her father's face turns red, in anger he said,

where is the boy?

for whom i have bought this toy.

for him , her mother felt sorry,

as in future they will have to pay her dowry.

she is so small in size, she can't even realize,

that she is an unwanted child,

for her, the world is so wild.

she grows up to dwell, in a place like hell.

she doesn't have right to see dream,

her all aspirations are washed by a water stream.

with tears in her eyes, each and everyday she dies.

from the day she was born,

especially, the men behave like a thorn.

but, never forget-she is the "origin of men's life",

and her another name is "SACRIFICE".

The rebel labor wiping out the blood of riot has embraced me boldly to take revenge My pyre is burning with the fire of anger
