Notice is hereby given that Union Pacific Railroad Company appeals that land use decision
of respondent entitled "In the Matter of the Wasco County Board of County Commissioners Land
Use Planning Case PLASAR-15-01-004, Order #16-067" and as more fully described in the
"Notice of Decision, Wasco County Board of Commissioner's Hearing, File(s): PLAAPL-16-10-
0001, 0002, and 0003 of PLASAR-15-01-0004", which became final on November 10, 2016. That
decision denies the appellant's proposed railroad development application, reverses the decision
of the Wasco County Planning Commission approving the application with conditions, and
resolves three appeals from the Wasco County Planning Commission's decision.
ADR STATEMENT: Appellant is not willing to attempt to settle the case through
mediation or other means.
