• Mom states his eating is like a roller coaster. He is very picky and wont eat new foods. When she offers a new food he wont eat it. He only likes chicken nuggets, milk and PB & J’s. Mom wishes he would eat more healthy foods, especially meat and veggies.

• Drinks skim milk – 3, 6 oz glasses a day.

• Has regular snacks and meals. (snacks are mostly PB & J’s)

• Drinks juice 1 x day.• Rarely has sweet drinks. • Uses a cup
