Being Human ® Enterprise Change Management Planning Workshop IN HOUSE PROGRAM In this two-day facilitated workshop, you will leverage global best practices to build a plan for embedding Change Management capabilities in your organisation, with the buy-in of key stakeholders. An experienced Consultant from Being Human will tailor this workshop for your organisation and guide the group through the Prosci ® ECM Roadmap™ to build a practical, tailored ECM Strategy and Implementation Plan. The Prosci ECM Roadmap is based on its 20 years of global best practices studies into the emerging new field of Enterprise Change Management. The key deliverables from this workshop are: A Change Management Maturity Assessment A Current State Analysis, which creates a shared understanding of how changes are initiated, helping and hindering factors and the current readiness for ECM; The Future State for ECM which leverages your progress to date and aligns with the organisation’s vision and business priorities; A tailored implementation strategy and timeline using Prosci’s best practice, holistic approach, covering structure, governance, building competencies for key groups, integrating with Project Management and applying Change Management to key projects. One of the key success factors for embedding Change Management capability is pro-actively managing the people side of the change with Executives, Managers, Employees, Project Managers, Change Managers and other impacted groups. In the Workshop your group will apply Prosci’s ADKAR ® model of individual change to assess readiness to change, identify potential barriers and agree how to apply Change Management to building Enterprise Change Management capability. Who should attend To ensure we achieve the best outcome, there is a maximum of 12 participants in each Workshop. We recommend at least one participant is Certified in the Prosci methodology. The participants are selected by you, based on your outcomes for the Workshop and the key stakeholders for Change Management and typically include: Executives and leaders involved in Change Management capability; Change Managers and Leads; Project Managers and PMO leaders; Human Resources, L&D and OD Professionals; Other stakeholders in Change Management capability.
