Belakwe Trading (Pty) Ltd in an affirmable enterprise as contemplated in the Statutory Labour Practices.

Belakwe Trading (Pty) Ltd is a multi disciplinary engineering survey company, with capabilities spanning a broad range of industries including:
ENGINEERING SURVEYING:
* Topographic surveys: Detail and Contour Surveys, Digital Terrain Models (DTM), Strip Surveys for pipelines and roads etc;*Engineering Surveys: Precision Surveys including pre -and post concrete surveys,Structural As-Builts, Bridge Surveys etc;* Setting out: Setting Out roads and calculations of tape-ups in reference to design. In addition the setting out of structures, gridlines, water networks, sewer manholes, platforms etc;* Volumes: survey and calculation of excavation and stockpile volumes. Monthly Volume Audits. Calculation of volumes for road construction including cut and fill, and material volumes for layer work;* Control surveys: verification of existing control, new high accuracy control networks, precise line levelling, and pre marking for lidar and photo control;* Land surveying: sourcing cadastral data from office of surveyor general, application of datum transformations and unit conversion calculation, setting out stand boundaries, confirmation of cadastral data on site, and setting out of townships;* Hydrographic surveys: survey of underwater bottom profiles and its periodic change due to silt and sand deposits, survey of dams and weirs, and flood line sections to calculate flood lines;

* Survey project management: Management of the survey function on large construction sites, including the establishment of control measures for contractor's own surveyors, survey quality control and reporting to Project Management Team regarding the aforementioned functions;* Monitoring surveys: hydrographic settlement monitoring, land deformation monitoring i.e. new dams filling up
*TOPOGRAPHIC MAPS using plane table or transit- stadia data to provide information for design and drainage system.* Determining distance, area, and angles of road, bridges, platforms, building retaining wall of any kind of structure and establishing their reference points for both horizontal and vertical control.* Setting stakes/chainages/distance or otherwise marking lines, grades, and principal point of storm water pipes, sewer pipes, water pipes, manholes, telephone and power lines.* Determining profiles of the ground along given lines(center line or cross section) to provide data excavation, fill, and earthworks volume.* Laying out structure, culverts, and Bridge lines* Determining vertical and Horizontal placement of utilities.

MBNM Surveying Consortium Group was founded in 2013, on the basis of an existing relationship formed by a mutual respect and regard for the “construction” industry.
One of the key foundation factors of the consortium was the realisation, by the owner of each member company, that the work load increase demanded the need for more
resources in order to ensure that all project deadlines are met. Subsequently, the strengths of each member were identified,
giving rise to a formidable force that is strengthened (and grown) from one project to the next.
