To remove cheek pads from bottom of helmet, cut or undo the chinstrap. Carefully slide 1-2 fingers into the release pocket illustrated in the image. Using consistent force pull the cheek pad straight down. The cheek pad will pull through the bottom of the helmet while the helmet is still on the rider’s head.
