Definition• Surface Area – is the total number of square
units used to cover a 3-D surface.• Surface area is found by finding the area of all
the sides and then adding those answers up.
Nets• A net is all the surfaces of a solid laid out flat.• A two-dimensional pattern that can be folded
to form a three-dimensional figure.
