Mine 24/22/2014

Bob treated others with disrespect and therefore showed that he is a pansy. While I understand that his wisecracks were a plea for discipline and boundaries, he needs to take responsibility for his actions. It is with bewilderment that I watch people punish others for their reality. In the end, I do not advocate conformity, but I so think that finding one’s own place in the world is important. Perhaps if Bob had volunteered or performed acts of charity, he would have gained some perspective and lived.

• Why? • And then what did you do? • What happened after that? • In addition to Rachel, and Hannah, if your name is up

here, you will have lunch detention. This is your warning. I will simply start adding names- Timothy, Nick,

MineFirst, I know it is not Frozen! That’s a movie and probably more delightful than this class. However, sometimes I feel like my heart is FROZEN in sadness and disappointment. It seems to only happen in certain classes… But I digress. So here is my real response. Because it’s the witching hour. The witching hour is the direct opposite of the hour that Jesus was crucified. Anyway, that is why. It happens many nights each week. A sudden start, some would call it a fright. I would call it a terrify, but that really is not a word, at least in this context. So I bolt straight up, out of bed. I look over and see that it is indeed the same time every night. I think it must be her cry. The piercing, bleeding cry of a soul, damned to eternal burning. Somehow, it comes through dimensions and I am aware, if only for a minute moment that she is screaming. A blood curdling scream. I think the juxtaposition of the time is not at all coincidental or ironical. It’s real, I hear her. He is burning her. It was one choice that got her there. And yet, she is eternally confined. Now and forever. And I will continue to be haunted by her screams.
