The Production Range includes almost all equipments installed in the Gas or Crude Oil Treatment Stations. The products may be suitable for On Shore or for Off Shore Installation.The Production Range includes also systems for the Refining, the Petrochemical and the Power Generation systems.

WELL MANIFOLD

PIG LAUNCHERS AND RECEIVERSEquipment used to launch or receive pipeline cleaner device from a pipeline.It consists of a launcher/receiver barrel, which is connected to the pipeline by a series of valves enabling the trap to be off- or on-line with pipeline flow.Bellelli Engineering provides traps stand alone or installed on skid together with other ancillaries like filters, by-pass actuated valves, pig handling devices, jib cranes, etc.

TEST AND THREE PHASE SEPARATORSThe separators are used successfully as pro-duction separators, test separators and three phase separators. Bellelli Engineering can provide many different solutions for internals in order to maximize performance and minimize the operating costs. Design and construction are made under internal quality control and the guarantee of the equipments covers the process, the mechanical and all other issues. The equipments are delivered turn-key. Technical solutions adopted allow to have shortest delivery time than other competitors.

FILTER SEPARATORSRequired to protect gas turbines and gas com-pressors, they are capable removing liquid dro-plets and dissolved steam from the gas. Sizing and internals are made to maximize performance and operating time, minimizing maintenance.The standard configuration includes the Quick Opening Closure and is skid mounted. From Bellelli Engineering’s workshop to the operation without need of intervention.

FUEL GAS PRODUCTION SYSTEMSThe main function is to purify from dissolved water, dissolved hydrocarbon, to remove suspen-ded particles and to obtain a clean gas for different use.Mainly, the cleaned gas is used in gas heaters or in other burners.The lay out of this type of sy-stems can be different, specially considering redundancy requi-rements from users. Generally, the system consists of pressure regulators, gas scrubbers with vain, cartridges, demisters, ecc., some heaters and, if required, the metering part also.

GAS DEHYDRATION AND GAS SWEETENING SYSTEMSGas Dehydration and swee-tening is one of the key treat-ments made on natural gas, before having is suitable for commercial use. The systems can be designed and sup-plied for fixed installation or mounted on a truck for tem-porary use. The systems can also be suitable for On-Shore or Off Shore installation. The packages include special heat exchangers, burners, pumps, etc. The design is based on the most advanced know-how and available technology for this type of application.

AIR PRODUCTSBellelli Engineering Nitrogen gene-rators based on Air Products Pri-sm® Membranes provide gaseous Nitrogen at different Flowrote and nitrogen purity from 95% to 99,9 %.

Modular membrane systems provide gaseous Nitrogen at flow rates star-ting from nitrogen purities of 95% to 99.9%. These systems can meet a wide range of market needs and are already utilised in the petrochemicals, chemicals, pharmaceuticals, me-tallurgical, heat treatment and food packaging and processing industries. The systems are fully automatic and can run continuously, or on/off as necessary to suit customer demand where batch processes are using the product. All this can be backed up by a remote monitoring telemetry system which reports any warnings of faults to Bellelli Engineering the moment they occur.

OPTIONS AVAILABLE

REFRIGERATION SYSTEMSBellelli Engineering design and supply Gas and Liquid refrigera-tion packages. The systems ate using the refrigeration thermo-dynamic cycle to cool down the fluids. A typical configuration of a Refrigeration System includes the refrigerant compressor with all necessary auxiliary equipment, the refrigerant accumulator, the refrigerant condenser, the com-pressor’s suction drums, the feed gas/liquid chiller, the program-mable logic system, instrumenta-tion, control valves, relief valves, interconnecting piping and any other item required for an effi-cient refrigeration process. The design can consider units opera-ted remotely and/or locally. All units and systems are supplied on skid bases, ready for site instal-lation and startup. Some compo-

nents are taken from the market but many of them are made with specific and efficient design of Bellelli Engineering. This is a gua-rantee that the performance will reach an higher level of efficiency, a lower energy consumption, with low impact on the environment, and the life of the systems will be very long. All systems are custom designed, to meet the specific re-quirements of the end users and the requirements of the environ-ment of installation. All systems are supplied completely in house tested and checked to guarantee the highest level of quality and the agreed performance of the system. Special attention is made on the quality of the materials used for the different compo-nents, exchangers, compressors, etc. All details are deeply analyzed during design phase and during production phase also.

GAS PRESSURE REDUCING AND METERING STATIONS

Installed along or aside gas or oil pipelines, are used to have fiscal measure and pressure reduction, prior commercial use.This type of systems ate installed on Power stations also, prior use on burners or turbines.The sy-stems are supplied fully automa-ted, with monitoring devices like computers, DCS, etc.

GAS DEHYDRATION WITH MOLECULAR SIEVES

When the hydrocarbon gas feed has an important content of dissolved water, dehydration based on molecular sieves may be required. In this case, the PTSA technology will be applied (Pressure & temperature Swing Adsorption).
