Happy New Year!

May this year be filled with love, laughter and good health! Each year, millions of

people make resolutions to LOSE something – lose weight, drop a bad habit or

down size household items. How about a resolution to GAIN something? Have

lunch at a different table, join a new game group, take time to really listen to

someone, reach out to others and gain their friendship.

If getting healthy is on your list, focus on the positive side. Try healthier versions

of the foods you like and be adventurous by eating new foods. Make sure to

move everyday, in your house, walking outside if its nice, or in a mall when it’s

cold. Join our exercise or Tai Chi classes. Gain a healthier lifestyle!

Focus on the good and positive things in your life. Be thankful for what you have

by looking at the plus side and gain a positive attitude on life!

Live the life you want!
