molerit® folding bellows molerit®isarubberlikeuniquethermoplastic, offering fine chemical resistance.These bellows are made by dipping instead of moulding; a process that considerably reduces tooling costs. This in turn means that the bellows are extremely competitive – even with a series of only five items.

Bellowscanbemadein complicated, geometric shapes; they can be welded assemblies of several parts, have zip fastener inserts, reinforcing rings, etc. We can even design a moulded part with different material hardnesses in defined zones. The customer is therefore able to determine the composition of a molerit® bellow; the design and colour combi- nations are almost unlimited.

Rubber disc bellowsWe offer a large range of cylindrical rubber disc bellows in standard sizes.

Characteristic of rubber disc bellows is that in relation to their extended length, when retracted they occupy little space, i.e. the difference between Lmax and Lmin is considerable.Square, oval and more special sizes in different rubber qualities can be supplied as requested.Endfixingscanbecollars, flanges or a combination of both.

Protection strips, folding skirts and box bellowThese items are used as safety shields to protect machine operators and users of, for example, lifting gear and equipment for the disabled,

or to screen and conceal cables and machine parts in the interests of design.

We can also supply multi-sided (e.g. hexagonal, etc.) bellows for cameras and photocopiers, etc. to give protection against light and dust.

Bellows you yourself can trim/assemble to suit an applicationWe offer cylindrical folding bellows in neoprene rubber and different diameters and lengths, directfromstockonaday-to-daybasis.
