All the Bells N Whistles This is an all-inclusive package to plan, style and coordinate – every detail from start to finish. Your wedding day is planned in meticulous detail ensuring you have a beautiful, stress-free and stylish wedding day with a team of people you can trust.

We take care of everything, making all your wedding dreams become reality using only the best, most reputable vendors. It doesn’t matter if you’ve already started booking your venues, finding suppliers or paying deposits, we’ll take over and ensure you get the most out of your suppliers, passing on any discounts we receive and giving you 24/7 access to your style guide and budget.

This package includes:

• Unlimited face to face meetings with your wedding consultant(s) • Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s) • Weekly progress emails, we call them the ‘Friday Round Up’ • Sourcing of wedding reception and wedding ceremony locations. If these have already

been sourced, we’ll take over the management, communication and coordination • Sourcing of wedding suppliers, products and services for every detail of your wedding • Coordination and management of contracts, bookings, deposits and payments for

venues and suppliers • Coordination and management of ceremony, reception and photography locations • Advice on etiquette, best practise and wedding traditions • Development of a wedding run sheet, supplier contact list and distribution to all relevant

participants and suppliers • Designing a unique and personal style guide for your wedding day • Assistance with floor plans and seating arrangements • Assistance with menu – tasting and selection • Assistance with bridal gowns, bridesmaids and flower girls shopping, design, fittings or

alterations • Assistance with every supplier you hire for your wedding day - ensuring they are all

professional, quality and trusted • Assistance with suits and fittings (including tailor services to co-ordinate with theme and

bridesmaids dresses) • Assistance with cake – tasting and selection • Table mock-ups can be arranged for a fee – the fee of flowers for example. • Creating a wedding budget to help you keep on track, available 24/7 for your perusal • Attendance at rehearsal • Attendance at your final meeting with your reception venue – discussing all logistics • Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day (unlimited hours).

Wedding Consulting

For those couples that can plan their own wedding but need a bit of advice on the way – this is the service for you!

It’s a one off fee, inclusive of unlimited face-to-face meetings, advice, supplier referrals, styling ideas – anything and everything you need to make your wedding planning easier.

The cost is easily offset by the amount of money we can save you, the stress we save you from and the time you save – while you plan your wonderful day.

This package includes:

• Unlimited Contact with your wedding professionals to call, text, email or meet face-to-face regarding any element of your wedding day

• Advice on how to select the right vendors for your wedding day to how to negotiate a good deal (and save you money). We offer advice on how to do things, how not to do things and alternative ideas to help bring your wedding in within budget.

• Weekly progress emails, we call them the ‘Friday Round Up’ • On the day coordination, starting 2 weeks prior to your wedding day. We meet at your

venue to go through every moment of your wedding day. From that point onwards, we are the point of contact for your wedding, we begin confirming all suppliers, creating your runsheet and distribution of relevant documents.

• On your wedding day, we are available for unlimited hours – two BNW team members – to setup, ensure the smooth running and pack down your wedding reception.

Wedding Styling

Wedding styling should begin with the invitations and should be thoughtful throughout each element of your big day. We will provide you with a wedding day makeover – helping you and your partner meld your individual styles to create a ‘Wedding Style Guide’ for you to visualise your perfect day.

This is a wonderful service for couples that are super organised and need a little help with the theme or style with solid ideas about how to bring it all together.

How it works:

• We meet with you for an in-depth Styling session, discuss your ideas for your wedding and your budget

• We brainstorm some ideas for your wedding that fit with your styling and budget • We create a style guide for you (within 10 working days) along with a budget • Creating a wedding budget to help you keep on track, available 24/7 for your perusal • Once we have your signoff, we begin planning all the styling elements • Weekly progress emails, we call them the ‘Friday Round Up’ • Styling to Bells N Whistles is more than what you put on the tables – it’s everything in the

room so our service is substantially more comprehensive than a typical stylist or decorator. We include – plate styling, table styling, chairs, linen, all room décor, cake, stationery, flowers, lighting

• On the day coordination, starting two weeks prior to your wedding day. We meet at your venue to go through every moment of your wedding day. From that point onwards, we are the point of contact for your wedding, we begin confirming all suppliers, creating your runsheet and distribution of relevant documents.

• On your wedding day, we are available for unlimited hours. You’ll have two BNW team members to setup, pack down and ensure the smooth running of your wedding

• Styling elements are; - Ceremony styling – flowers, archways, canopies, chairs, runners

- ‘Intermission’ (the time between your ceremony ending and your

reception starting) – refreshments and entertainment (anything that creates a ‘vibe’ or ‘mood’ for your wedding day)

- Photoshoot styling, anything from planning and organizing balloons, a picnic in the park to more extravagant photoshoots. You tell us what you are thinking and we’ll make sure it is stunning

- Reception styling – anything from chairs, flowers, DIY/bespoke décor, cake, stationery, lighting, linen, table styling, plate styling, all room decor etc.

On the day Coordination

You’re brilliant and you’ve planned an amazing wedding – don’t leave it to chance and hope all goes well on the day….hire a professional to ensure the smooth running of your wedding day from beginning to end. The price includes a pre-wedding briefing, confirmation of your vendors, creation and distribution of your run sheet.

This package includes:

• A meeting in our office no later than 2 weeks prior to your wedding to talk through every aspect of your wedding day and planning

• Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s) after your pre-wedding meeting

• Two team members for unlimited hours on your wedding day • Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day (unlimited hours to

make your day perfect) • Pack up of venue including gifts and cake

On the day Coordination

+ 4 weeks planner This package is very similar to our on the day coordination package, the only difference is, we actually act as the planner four weeks prior to the wedding with the objective of filling the gaps, sorting out any issues and being the main point of contact with the suppliers. This package includes:

• A meeting at your venue(s) no later than 4 weeks prior to your wedding to talk through every aspect of your wedding day and planning

• Unlimited phone and email contact with your wedding consultant(s) after your pre-wedding meeting

• Two BNW team members for unlimited hours on your wedding day • We will wrap up any of your planning – fill in the gaps, tighten up your day so it runs

smoothly and perfectly for you (all suggestions are approved by couples prior to BNW making any changes with your wedding planning)

• Attendance at your final meeting with your reception venue – discussing all logistics • Attendance, supervision and coordination of the entire wedding day (unlimited hours to

make your day perfect) • Pack up of venue including gifts and cake

Planning Hours

Sometimes, you just are not sure what you need, but you know you’ll feel more comfortable with someone to assist you to plan and style your wedding day. After all, we do this all the time, and majority of couples are planning for the first time.

We ask you what you need help with. You may not like working on your transport, venue finding or want us to help you find a whole heap of your suppliers. You may need us to create bespoke items for your wedding décor.

You tell us what you need help with or quite simply, what you don’t want to do, and we’ll quote our time to work with you on these elements.

Wedding Planning report

We all need to start somewhere when planning our wedding. The key to having a successful wedding is the planning. And the key to good planning is a well made budget and a plan for your planning. Sounds complicated…?

For couples who don’t want or cannot afford a planner, we highly suggest a wedding planning report to get you started in the right direction.

Over two hours you can ask any questions you wish and we will also work on your budget.

Within two weeks, we will submit a report to you – the report has your budget, broken down (and suggestions to cut back costs if what you want is over budget). It will also contain referrals to suppliers who will work well together and with you to create your dream wedding with some hints and tips about planning.

Remember, your suppliers play a key role in ensuring the best wedding day – hiring the ‘wrong’ suppliers could be the biggest mistake you could make with your wedding planning.
