Low speed or static state reaches the normal output torque
Working frequency of long-term under 25Hz25Hz
SEW、NORD 50Hz±25Hz 25Hz 25Hz
The motor proposed are SEW and NORD which could use frequency controller, and the recommended frequency should be more than 25HZ for Motor of 50HZ. Otherwise, a forced-cooling fan is needed to achieve the best performance of the motor.
Important Note: Optimum running speed should be at more than 60% of the speed range. If low speed is needed, it is better to change the gear head with a larger reduction ratio or to apply a forced-cooling fan to maintain the best performance of the motor.
The use boundary of variable speed motor
The graph shows the allowed torque should be within the range of the shaded area. If the motor is used at torque value outside this range, it could either cause themotor loss due to operating temperature rise or cause the gear tooth broken oretc. So please be aware of that to avoid such use.

Initial Operation Notice: When the conveyor is assembled and electric wires are connected based on the motor instruction attached, before connecting to the power, check the alignment between end pulley and idler pulley first. Then turn on the switch, check if the belt movement direction towards the drive shaft, if so, test the conveyor for 2 hours. During the test, please note the following points:1. Check if there is no noise from each parts. 2. Check if the roller and the idler pulley on both sides are running smoothly, and if they are properly fixed.
position of tensioning bolt, please refer to the installation manual of each conveyor) till the conveyor is in straight running condition.4. Check if the tensioning is properly (Tense the conveyor according to the instructions. Run the conveyor, touch the conveyor surface till you feel a certain elasticity without tightness and with no slippage. If so, tensioning works propertly).5. Check if the electronic control unit is running correctly, the buttons are flexible and stable. The conveyor belt may still tracking incorrectly due to large impact, so after transportation or relocation, it is needed to adjust the tracking and to test it. When a new belt comes into uses, the internal stress will be released with continuous operation. The stress release will takes around one month, and the belt tracking problem would occur during this process. So when a new belt comes into uses, the belt conveyor needs to be properly adjusted. If the tracking is still incorrect after one week of running, a second adjustment must be made. A third adjustment could be needed after one month of running.
Adjustment
27Page27
ModularAssembly Technology

Adjustment
28Page28
Belt Tracking Adjustment
Twist the tensioning bolt clockwisely on the side of conveyor which the belt is tracking towards, the center distance will be increased and the belt will be tracking to opposite side. Adjust the tensioning device on both sides and repeat this adjustment until the belt tracks in the center of the conveyor. (Note: Conveyor will operate within a limited scope and it will be regarded as tracking correctly without touching the side beam.)
( :)
There are four tensioning devices for center drive conveyors, and three devices for end drive conveyors.
For center drive conveyor, adjusting the tensioning pulley will give the same result as adjusting the end pulley. So when adjusting the tensioning pulley, it is necessary to keep the alignment of the tensioning pulley. The tracking adjustment also can be realized by adjusting the alignment of the tensioning pulley.

1. Remove the oil and dust to avoid the belt running incorrectly before installing the belt. When cleaning the belt, please avoid using dissolvant such as gasoline, kerosene, strong acid and alkali etc. The neutral detergent is recommended. 2. When the conveyor is running, keep the belt clean and avoid the direct sunlight or rain leaching, avoid touching with organic solvent such as acid, alkali and oil. Otherwise the belt surface function will be influenced.
