Finger Print enrollment usingMicroBEN_Bio is done once in thebuilt-in memory.User places their enrolled finger on thefinger sensor for clocking IN/OUT.The MicroBEN compares live finger withthe finger stored in built-in memory andthen stores Attendance data only upon“MATCH”.LCD displays Employee Name and“Granted” message upon authentication(with Date & Time).Optional : The Proximity Card is shownon the reader. If the card is Valid, user isprompted to put the finger onfingerprint reader(1:1 mode).User Friendly reports can be generatedby Time Pro Software, a high endAttendance Analysis software (optional).

Communication

Networking of MicroBEN’s can beaccomplished via the RS232C/RS485 orEthernet (LAN/WAN/WiFi) or dial upmodem communication (using suitableExternal Hardware). The attendance datacan be pushed from anywherein the world,in online mode using Broad Band to aServer. GPRS may also be used as mediumfor data communication.

Data Transfer using VPN / WAN Connectivity

In this Connectivity Option, the Remote Location is having a VPN Router configuredwith a Static IP. The MicroBEN Bio on the Remote Location will be connectedto the Router thru Switch. The PC at HO is also connected to a similar Routerconfigured with Static IP. VPN tunnel is established using Broadband on either side.COMPRO 7 Client Application will be deployed at HO. The Raw transaction Datafrom the remote location will be captured by HO without any user intervention.

Time Pro Enterprise is a Attendance Management Softwarefor Large Office/ Factory with complex Shifts & LeaveManagement System. It is on Client-Server Architecture forfast & swift data entry/processing needs for Time Office.

The raw data from the Attendance Terminals may bepushed(DXS required) to Server in Online Mode for onlineupdate of the database residing on the Server. The backend processing of the raw data happens automaticallywithout any user intervention. The system is fullyconfigurable & no customization is required for most users.Time Pro Enterprise takes care of all time Office relatedfunctions such as Master Maintenance, Processing ofAttendance Data from Attendance Terminals, ManualAttendance, Leave, Tour/On-Duty input, Over TimeCalculation & sanction, Shift Rotation, Late Rules etc. Thisprovides host of Daily, Periodic & Yearly Reports related toTime Office.
