All our products are made to measure to suit specific requirements, all of which are fabricated and then a thermoplastic coating powder is applied by electrostatic spraying. This is all carried out within our own factory workshops.

Stage 1

All metal work is fabricated from mild steel, pre drilled and (MIG) welded ready for assembly.

Stage 2

Framework is then coated in a colour of your choice from our extensive colour range, using a thermoplastic coating powder.

Stage 3

All slats are manufactured from quality hardwood, ash or beech with pencil round edges, sealed and spray polished. Trespa (a hardened laminate) is also available in various colours. Hooks are then applied to peg rails at 150mm centres.

Stage 4

Abacus deliver units flat pack as standard. We can deliver units built up ready for you to install at a small cost.
