COMPREHENSIVE PLAN FOR THE PREVENTION OF

PSYCHO-SOCIAL RISK


� Purpose: identification of any risks or incident in psycho-social matters so that the company is able to establish th e required preventive and/or corrective action.


Psycho-social risk assessment

� Initial risk assessment in CECOER (70 people x 24 hours x 365 days)

− Work load monitoring


− CCS tool for reducing operator mental load


− Form for engineer participation in instruction preparation


� Psycho-social risk assessment update� STAGE 1: Project definition and presentation

• Project presentation to Management• Company study• To analyse and evaluate the psycho-social risk assessment methodology: CoPsoQ• Employee consultation and participation and their representation

� STAGE 2: Planning• Evaluation and selection of the system to employ• Data protection• Assessment planning

� STAGE 3: Implementation• Stage 1: Questionnaires• Stage 2: Improvement groups• Stage 3: Semi-structured interviews
