Workforce Business Intelligence Board• Created in 2014 to gather annual HR industry data for our editorial team on:
– Health Care Benefits– Employee Benefits– HR Technology– Workforce Culture– Workforce Innovation– Compensation, Rewards and Recognition
• More than 2,000 HR professionals at manager level and above across a broad range of industries and organization sizes.
Key Findings• HR Technology spending is going up.• But 1 in 4 organizations say:
– Their HR staff doesn’t have the skills to use the technology effectively.– Their workforce is dissatisfied with the HR technology provided.
• 43% say their HR Systems don’t provide data that enables them to make talent decisions.
• 1 in 3 organizations is not satisfied with their measurement of the impact of benefits offerings.
• And satisfaction with benefits technology is lukewarm.
Key Findings
• At the same time:– Benefits offerings are increasing- what isn’t a core offering
is probably a voluntary benefit or is part of an EAP.– Benefits are being offered more widely to spouses,
children, domestic partners and part-time employees.– New technologies are being slowly integrated into HR and
benefits administration
