Search Mail
Powerful & User-friendly searchengine of your e-mail
NOTE: If you are not receiving mailing from a sender that you were previously receiving you will need to check your SPAM folder. G-mail might consider them as SPAM until you tell it to not consider this sender as a SPAM sender.
The more spam you mark, the better our system will get at weeding out those annoying messages.
If you or we mark a good message as spam, select the message and click Not Spam at the top of the message. If you marked it as spam, you can also immediately click Undo afterwards to recover the message

How to Show and Hide Bookmark Folder in Google ChromeBy default Google Chrome hides the bookmark or favorite folder. But you can set it to appear on the menu bar. To do that follow these steps.
Click wrenchStep 2:Select the "Always show bookmarks bar" section so it shows a check mark in front of it.
All Mail
All Mail is your archive, a storage place for all the mail you've ever sent or received,
but have not deleted
Saving Bookmarks or Favorites in Google Chrome
When you are on the web page you want to save, click on the
in Google Chrome Address bar.
Deleting vs ArchivingDeleting…When you're positive you won't need a message, use the Delete button to send it
to Trash. Deleted messages and conversations are permanently removed from Gmail 30 days after you send them to Trash.
If it's possible that you'll need a message or conversation in the future, we recommend…
Archiving…Archived mail moves out of your inbox and in to All Mail -- you won't be
bothered with extra messages cluttering your inboxbut you'll still be able to find a message if you need it yearsfrom now!
Moving Messages Out of Trash
If you find that you need a message you've moved to Trash, follow these steps to put it back in your inbox:
1. Click Trash along the left side of any Gmail page.
2. Locate the message you'd like to move to your inbox, and check the box next to the sender's name.
3. Click “Move” to “Inbox”.
4. All conversations and messages in Trash are accessible for 30 days, in case you change your mind. After 30 days, Gmail automatically deletes your trashed messages, and you won't be able to retrieve them.

*Labels give you an extra bonus: you can add more than one to a conversation.
Using Labels
• Labels can be color coded for quick identification of sender.
• Click the dropdown box to the right of the label, and select the color scheme for the label.
Google Apps Mail: Labels
1. Click Edit labels at the bottom of your Labels list.2. Click rename next to the label you want to edit. 3. Enter the new label name, and click OK.
There are two ways to edit a label name. See one way below
Or, you can:1.Click the square to the right of a label in your Labels list. A color palette opens.2.Select Edit name at the bottom of the palette. 3.Enter the new label name, and click OK. 4.All the messages categorized under your old label name are now categorized under your new label. And, if the label you've edited is part of a filter, Gmail automatically updates your filter settings so new messages are categorized with the new label's name.

4 things you need to know
Gmail is a little bit different. Learn these 4 basics and you'll never look back.
1. Archive instead of delete Tidy up your inbox without deleting anything. You can always search to find what you need or look in "All Mail.“
2. Chat and video chat Chat directly within Gmail. You can even talk face-to-face with built-in video chat.
3. Labels instead of folders Labels do the work of folders with an extra bonus: you can add more than one to an email.
4. Conversation view Gmail groups emails and their replies in your inbox, so you always see your messages in the context of your conversation. Related messages are stacked neatly on top of each other, like a deck of cards.
