Letters of Support/Partnership Agreements Partner: DIOCESE OF LINCOLN
The Diocese of Lincoln will lease the closed church of Benington All Saints to
Benington Community Heritage Trust for 99 years for a nominal rent
The Diocese of Lincoln will complete the purchase of land from Lenton’s. The land then to be leased to Benington Community Heritage Trust for 99 years for a nominal rent.
BCHT will convert the land purchased from Lenton’s into a car park
The Diocese will provide a representative to sit on the Management Committee of the Beonna @ All Saints
The Diocese will assist as appropriate in the training of volunteers involved in the Beonna @ All Saints project.
The Diocese will offer advice and support in connection with the ongoing maintenance of the building
The Diocese will make use of the Beonna as a venue for events/conferences/ workshops where suitable
The Diocese will publicise events taking place at the Beonna
The Diocese will work with BCHT and other local projects/organisations in the Boston area to encourage co-ordinated working through initiatives such as ‘Investing in Boston’s Heritage
