What if the bond does not pass?
The District will make short-term accommodations using money from the general fund.
Delaying construction may translate into higher bond interest rates and construction costs.
Continued overcrowding at each facility will create a larger student to teacher ratio.

Mail-in Ballot: March 13, 2018
• February 23, 2018: is the last day for mail-in registration.
• March 2, 2018: is the last day for in-person voter registration.
• Verify that there are initials of an election official at the bottom of the ballot.
• Use a #2 lead pencil or black or blue pen to mark the ballot.
• Do not over vote, cross out, or erase or your vote may not be counted.
• After voting, insert the ballot into the Return Identification Envelope and then complete, sign and seal the Return Identification Envelope. (Only one ballot per return identification envelope will be accepted.)

• Mail or deliver your ballot to the Election Commissioner of Douglas County, 225 N. 115th St., Omaha, NE 68154. Your ballot must be in the possession of the Douglas County Election Commissioner by 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 13, 2018.
