About BYTTHE PRODUCER
Bentzen Ball is a big, magical, sprawling DC-based-but-beloved-all-over-the-country comedy festival produced by BrightestYoungThings.Com and curated by comedian Tig Notaro. Every October, dozens of the country's top comedic talent descend upon the nations capital performing shows big and small but always special in some of the best DC venues (9:30 Club, Lincoln Theatre, Howard Theatre, U Street Music Hall and beyond) over the course of a long weekend. Most shows sell out. Top music talent often shows up too. There are always segways and dance parties involved. More than 7,000 people attended it in 2013, and 2014 promises to be bigger and better than ever.

Tig Notaro, most well-known for her stand up performance, “Live,” maintains strong connections with comedians she’s performed
alongside. During that live set at Largo opening for Louis CK, she delivered a legendary set about her breast cancer diagnosis and her
mother’s death. Along with her own half-hour special, “Comedy Central Presents Tig,” she’s appeared on The Office, Community, Inside Amy
Schumer, The Life & Times of Tim, The Sarah Silverman Program, She is a regular on Conan, and has also appeared on Late Night with Jimmy
Fallon, Last Comic Standing, Jimmy Kimmel Live, The Late Late Show with Craig Ferguson, Last Call with Carson Daly, Comedy Central’s Premium
