Project Charter: Kitchen and Bathroom Renovation A TO Z
Project details. A short summary of your project’s scope and requirements as planned and discussed.
Statement of Work
The client, Mrs. Emilie Bossard has approved the detailed architectural designs proposed for the renovation of her house after our team to a client meeting. This statement of work design including in this project charter covers the general renovation for a kitchen and a 3 piece bathroom renovation. To emphasize on the statement of work, each place is to have updated modern finishes in the kitchen and in the new full bathroom.
Scope of Work
Demolition of existing kitchen and bathroom.
Build a new
Kitchen:
Cabinets – lower and uppers (prefabricated or customs cabinets)
Counter top (hard surface – granite, quartz ect, with overhang
Rough in for sink and kitchen appliances
Under-mount sink and faucets
Backsplash: ceramic, mosaic, glass
Floor finish ceramic tile
3 Pieces Bathrooms:
Adjust/add rough-in for new 3 pcs bathroom as needed
Review of plumbing, venting, and electricals
New toilet (efficient and quiet)
New exhaust ((efficient and quiet)
New shower/tub with ceramic base or acrylic base.
Shower/tub surround to tiled
New shower doors to be glass kit or custom glass
New vanity with granite/quartz and under mount sink
New flooring to be tile (12x24)

PROJECT VALUE -ESTIMATE
Plans of designs and reconfiguration depending upon the final architectural design plans and the
finish material selected pricing will range between $75000 to $120,000
DURATION OF CONSTRUCTION
Construction start: Within 4 to 12 weeks after signing on for the build
Construction durations – Project length of 2-4 months depending on the scope work
KEY STAKEHOLDERS
Owner/ sponsor: the client Emilie Bossard
Kenzo Architectural Designs Inc. responsible for providing detailed designs plans.
Project management services to ensure all work on met on a timely manner
Provide feedback to client
Sub-contracting other the work to other companies to complete the job and will take full
responsibility for managing all parties involved in this project.
Comments
K-A-D Inc. will create designs plans and submit for permit
An engineering review of any structural walls maybe need to be completed
K-A-D Inc. Final designs process and review between 2 and 6 weeks
The project success and failure will be based on the completing the work on time by the subcontractors. Electrical – Drywall – flooring – material deliveries. These factors may affect the outcome if not well manage.
This quote and all work done meets the requirements of the provincial building codes and electrical safety
association. All designs and illustrations, models diagrams supplied to you will be considered part of this document.
