French Door Model Pricing

MaxSeal® French Door Model InfoFrench Door units replace one or more panes of

glass in the French door. You can determine the size needed by measuring the exposed glass of the panes you want to replace. For installation; simply remove

molding & glass, put molding back into place and install the pet door. French door unit can removed at

a later date and the glass re-installed if desired.

For larger pet doors, some may require cutting into the side frame or bottom door section.

How to Select the Correct Pet Door Size

When choosing a pet door size, you will want an opening that clears the back of your tallest pet by 1.5-2”, and low enough to the ground to allow for easy navigation of the smallest pet. Certain dog breeds may develop

arthritis or hip problems in their later years. Choosing a pet opening that is a little lower to the ground can save your dog from irritating injuries in the future.

While the chart below can be a good starting point, keep in mind that a properly sized pet opening should clear your tallest pet’s back by 1.5 to 2”… and be low enough to the

ground to allow for easy passage.
