The Best in U compensation plan is one of the most innovative plans in the direct selling industry. There are Six different ways you can be rewarded for sharing the Best in U products and opportunity with others. You must remain Active and in good standing at all times to be eligible. 1. Retail Profits2. Fast Start Bonuses3. 2 X Infinity Team Commissions4. Silver Matching Bonuses5. Gold Matching Bonuses6. Diamond Matching Bonuses 1. Retail ProfitsShare the Best in U products with others and you can earn Retail Profits.

Earn a 20% Retail Profit on all products purchased through your website. There is no limit to the amount of Retail Profits you can earn. 2. Fast Start BonusesShare the Best in U opportunity with others and you can earn Fast Start Bonuses. This is a great way to earn income quickly.

Earn a 20% Fast Start Bonus on the initial product purchase of any new distributor that you enroll. There is no limit to the number of Fast Start Bonuses you can earn. Example:If a new Distributor you enrolled makes an initial purchase of a Basic Package for $199.99 (200 CV), you earn a $40 Fast Start Bonus.

If a new Distributor you enrolled makes an initial purchase of a Silver Package for $299.99 (250 CV), you earn a $60 Fast Start Bonus.

3. 2 X Infinity Team CommissionsYou can earn powerful 2 X Infinity Team Commissions as you start to build your Best in U sales team. These commissions are designed to reward you for helping and supporting those who join your team. The more you help them succeed, the more you can earn from Team Commissions. With our exciting 2 X Infinity Team Commissions Plan, you only need to build 2 sales teams – a left team and a right team. In addition, you have the potential to earn on all activity on your sales teams, all the way to infinity. In order to qualify for this powerful income stream, you first need to accumulate 200 Personal Volume (PV) points from your personal purchases or your Retail Customer's purchases through your website. The 200 PV that you earn from a Basic Package would meet these qualifications as would the 250 PV you would earn from a Silver Package. You also need to personally enroll two Distributors who each accumulate 200 PV. Place one of these Distributors on your left team and one on your right team. This will activate your position so that you can now earn 2 X Infinity Team Commissions. Once you have accumulated at least 200 PV, you must have at least 50 PV points in monthly volume in order to earn 2 X Infinity

Team Commissions. Our Monthly Subscription Program can help you achieve that. Points are earned in each of your left and right sales teams, as products are purchased or sold throughout your team. These points count for you all the way to infinity on your team.

Example:

One MP3 purchased by a retail customer for $19.99 – 20 CV points.

Three Pack of MP3's purchased by a retail customer for $49.99 – 50 CV points.

Basic Package purchased by a new Distributor on your team for $199.99 – 200 CV points

Silver Package purchased by a new Distributor on your team for $299.99 – 250 CV points.

Monthly Subscription processed by a Distributor on your team for $49.99 – 50 CV points When 400 CV points have been accumulated in your left team and your right team, you will earn a 2 X Infinity Team Commission of $40. You can earn up to $25,000 per week in 2 X Infinity Team Commissions depending on your Rank. See the Best in U Rank Chart for details.

Best in You Compensation Plan - 4

Example:In this example you would have 1000 CV points in your left team and 900 CV points in your right team. You would therefore cycle twice and earn 2 X $40 = $80 in 2 X Infinity Team Commissions.800 CV points would be taken out of both teams for the 2 cycles you earned.

For the following week you would have 200 CV points carry over into your left team and 100 CV points carry over into your right team. The maximum payout in the Best in U Compensation Plan is capped at 55% of total company wide CV. If in any week the total payout of all commissions and bonuses exceeds 55% of total company wide CV, the actual payout will be 55% and all Distributor commissions will be calculated on a pro rata basis. Any CV volume that has not been used in 1 year's time will be removed.

Silver Matching BonusesWhen you reach the Rank of Silver, you are eligible to receive a 20% Silver Matching Bonus on the 2 X Infinity Team Commissions of everybody on your enrollment team, up to and including the next Silver or above in each enrollment leg that you started.

This is a 20% check match paid out on one generation of Silvers or above on your team.

The amount you can earn from the Silver Matching Bonus is unlimited.

5. Gold Matching BonusesWhen you reach the Rank of Gold, you are eligible to receive a 20% Gold Matching Bonus on the 2 X Infinity Team Commissions down through a second generation of Silvers or above throughout your enrollment team.

Diamond Matching BonusesWhen you reach the Rank of Diamond, you are eligible to receive a 20% Diamond Matching Bonus on the 2 X Infinity Team Commissions of everybody on your enrollment team, up to and including the next Diamond in each enrollment leg that you started.

This is a 20% check match paid out on one generation of Diamonds on your team.

The amount you can earn from the Diamond Matching Bonus is unlimited.

Earning Commission In order to earn commissions as a Distributor, you must first generate 200 PV points.

You can generate this volume in the following ways:

1. Purchase Best in U products for personal use or for resale.

2. Purchases of Best in U products made through your website by Retail Customers. You can begin earning Retail Profits and Fast Start Bonuses immediately upon joining as a Distributor.

However, in order to take maximum advantage of the Best in U Compensation Plan, you must be Active and meet the qualifications of the various Ranks in order to participate in earning 2 X Infinity Team Commissions, Silver Matching Bonuses, Gold Matching Bonuses and Diamond Matching Bonuses. (See Glossary of Terms for full explanation.)

DistributorBecome a distributor by accumulating 200 PV. You can accumulate 200 PV by either making retail sales from your website or by earning it with the Basic Package or the Silver Package. You can earn Retail Profits and Fast Start Bonuses. StarBecome a Star by personally enrolling 2 Distributors (1 in each team), who have each accumulated 200 PV. As a Star you are now Qualified and eligible to earn 2 X Infinity Team Commissions up to $1000 a week. SuperstarBecome a Superstar by personally enrolling 4 Distributors (1 in each team), and having a total of 10 Distributors in your enrollment team, who have each accumulated 200 PV. As a Superstar you are now eligible to earn up to $2000 a week in 2 X Infinity Team Commissions. BronzeBecome a Bronze Distributor by having 2 personally enrolled

Superstars (1 in each team), and having a total of 5 Superstars in your enrollment team. As a Bronze Distributor you are now eligible to earn up to $5000 a week in 2 X Infinity Team Commissions. You are also eligible to earn the 20% Diamond Matching Bonus on one generation of Diamonds in each enrollment leg that you started.

Note - For Rank Advancement purposes, a person on your team that purchased a Silver Package does not count as a Silver unless they have met all the requirements of the Silver Rank.

Glossary of Terms 2 X Infinity Team Commissions : These commissions are created when you accumulate 400 CV in each of your teams. This creates a 2 X Infinity Team Commission of $40. Active: Active means you must generate at least 50 PV points in each month.

You must be Active to be eligible to earn 2 X Infinity Team Commissions as well as Silver Matching Bonuses, Gold Matching Bonuses and Diamond Matching Bonuses. If you do not remain Active, any accumulated points will be reset to zero when commissions are calculated and you will not be eligible for commissions.

You can become Active again after inactivity by obtaining 50 PV points which will keep you Active for 30 days, but all points or volume lost due to inactivity remains lost. Commissionable Volume (CV): Each Best in U product or product package is assigned a points value (CV).

The Best in U Compensation Plan is based on the accumulation of these points. CV starts to accumulate at the time you enroll and earn 200 PV from personal purchases or from Retail Customer purchases made from your replicated website.

CV continues to accumulate so long as you remain Active.

Any CV volume that has not been used in 1 year's time will be removed. Enrollment Team: Your enrollment team consists of everyone you have personally enrolled, everyone they have personally enrolled, and so forth. Line of Sponsorship: A line of sponsorship is created when you enroll a new Distributor in your team. The line of sponsorship grows as the Distributor you have enrolled enrolls other Distributors and those Distributors enroll others.This process continues through unlimited levels in your team.

Every new Distributor you enroll creates a new line of sponsorship and there is no limit to how many lines of sponsorship you can create.The Silver Matching Bonuses, Gold Matching Bonuses and Diamond Matching Bonuses can be earned through all lines of sponsorships when you achieve those Ranks. Personal Volume (PV): Personal Volume is the volume that is generated through your personal purchases and through Retail Customer purchases made through your replicated website.
