Classic Lemonade

Recipe: 1 1/5 cups freshly squeezed lemons, ½ cup sugar, 6 cups water.Directions: In a large pitcher combine the lemon juice, sugar, and 1 cup water. Stir until the sugar dissolves, then add 5 more cups water, a few slices of lemon to garnish, and plenty of ice.Recipe courtesy of: realsimple.com

Lavender Lemonade

Recipe: 2 cups boiling water, 1 cup lavender flowers, 2 cups cold water, 1 cup lemon juice, 1 cup sugar.Directions: Place the lavender in a pitcher; pour the boiling water over the lavender; cover with plastic wrap and allow to steep 10 minutes; strain and discard the lavender from the water and return the water to the pitcher. Add the cold water, lemon juice, and sugar to the pitcher and stir until the sugar dissolves. Refrigerate until serving.Recipe courtesy of: allrecipes.com

Raspberry LemonadeRecipe: 4 pounds fresh raspberries, 6 cups sugar, 4 cups lemon juice, chilled tonic or ginger ale.Directions:1. Place raspberries in a food processor; cover and process until blended. Strain raspberries, reserving juice. Discard seeds. Place juice in a Dutch oven; stir in sugar and lemon juice. Heat over medium-high heat to 190°. Do not boil.2. Remove from heat; skim off foam. Carefully ladle hot mixture into five hot 1-pint jars, leaving 1/4-in. headspace. Wipe rims; screw on bands until fingertip tight.3. Place jars into canner simmering water, ensuring that they are completely covered with water. Bring to a boil; process for 10 minutes. Strawberry Lemonade

Recipe: 1 ½ ounce can frozen lemonade concentrate, 2 25-ounce bottles sparkling water, 6 to 8 fresh strawberries.Directions: 1. Place the frozen concentrate in a pitcher and mix according to the label directions, replacing water with the sparkling water.2. Put the strawberries in a blender and puree until very smooth. Peach Lemonade

Recipe: 4 cups water, 2 medium peaches, 1 cup sugar, ¾ cups lemon juice, 1 medium lemon.Directions: 1. In a small saucepan, bring 2 cups water, peaches and sugar to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer for 5-7 minutes or until peaches are tender. Remove from the heat. Cool. Strain, discarding peach skins.2.
