  • 1. The Employment Ladder

2. Rules: Basics For 2-4 players. Roll a die to see who goes first, highest number wins. Use two dice when rolling to go around the board. 3. Rules: Ladders If you land on a ladder, take a card. Read the card and look at the chart below to see what you have to do: Ace Roll 4 even 2 - Roll 4 odd 3 - Roll 2 Even, 2 Odd 4 - Roll 3 Even, 1 Odd 5 - Roll 3 Odd, 1 Even 6 - Roll 8 or more (collectively) 7 - Roll an Even number (collectively) 8 - Roll an Odd number(collectively) 9 - Roll a multiple of 3 (collectively) 10 - Roll a multiple of 4 (collectively) J - Roll 15 or more (collectively) Q - Roll a straight (1,2,3,4; 2,3,4,5) K - Roll all the same number. 4. One last thing... If you are beneath the final spot and call someone's bluff you then move up to the final spot and on your next turn you have to take a card and bluff or get what's on the card, otherwise you go down to where the arrow points. 5. Rules: Ladders and Bluffing Take the four dice, put them in the cup and roll. Don't let anyone else see what you rolled. If you got what the card told you to get, you're safe. If youdidn't, you can bluff. If someone calls your bluff though, you're in trouble. If you land on the bottom of a ladder, you go up a level if you roll what the card says or you bluffed successfully. If someone calls your bluff you go down a level and they go up a level. If you land on the top of a ladder, you need to roll what's on the card or bluff successfully to stay where you are. Otherwise you go down. If someone calls your bluff and and you were telling the truth they go downa level while you go up a level. 6. Finishing the Game To win you have to make an exact throw (i.e. The number of spaces to the finish). If you roll a bigger number than what's needed, you go back the extra spaces (eg. I'm 4 spaces away, I roll a 6, I go forward 4 and back 2). However, if you want you can choose to risk trying to bluff. If you roll what you got on the card or bluff successfully you win, if someone calls you'rebluff you go to where the arrow points. 7. Other Rules Performance Review weeks : If you land on a review week roll the dice. If you get an even number you stay where you are. If you get an odd number, take two dice and role. Go to the review week that has the number you rolled. If you are in a review week and you call someone's bluff and move up to the next review week, the same rules apply as when you normally land in a review week. 8.
